The apartment was sufficiently clean when we arrived. However, we ran into issues with unlocking the door when we arrived. We were on the phone with the maintenance man on call who was trying to help us remotely because he was 30 plus minutes away from the unit. The code we were given did not work. He tried multiple things to help us, but it wasn't until someone else from the company contacted me about how the unit was and I let her know of the issue. I wonder if she hadn't activated the code, because the original code worked shortly after I texted with her. So we sat for over an hour in the outdoor hallway with the no-see-ums before we were able to enter the apartment. The apartment was incredibly outdated, as expected from the reviews. The unit advertised a washer and dryer, but that was not in the actual apartment but downstairs. Everything was run down and out of date. But I suppose it was as we expected given the price and the reviews. It was adequate for a budget stay.

The location worked well for our stay in Key West. Issues we encountered were: the patio door didn’t lock causing a safety concern, dirty sheets on the sofa bed, no Kleenex tissues, louvered closet doors need dusting, no extra washcloths. The manager was quick to respond in bringing clean sheets.

Nice place. Cleaning people not very thorough. Dried blood splashes found above toilet paper roll. Floor dirty, walking barefoot on first day noticed our feet were black! Other than probably need another remote instead of having to share one remote between bedrooms.

Overall nice place

It was a nice place for the price. Close to the things you need. Not far from all touristy areas. Many local restaurants to choose from. As listed on VRBO, needs other updates. Mattresses in both rooms old need to be replaced. Tendency to roll toward middle. Needs new hair dryer in Master bedroom with longer cord.

Great weekend away!

The property was close enough to all the activities yet far enough way from the hustle and bustle. (15/20 min Uber ride). Pool was delightful. Apt had all the necessities. Place was very dated but surface clean. Could use a good deep clean but was totally fine for our weekend stay. No complaints! Nice place and would stay again!

It served a purpose of being with friends that live on the island. The pool was closed in the morning when we wanted to use it, and most of the time we came back after dark and it was closed again. It’s a quick water to the water, enjoyed having coffee with sun coming up.

Great little place to rest your head

We enjoyed our stay here. Small but comfortable for 5 people. We weren't there much due to exploring the island. Definitely recommend renting a vehicle as it's a 15 minute drive from most attractions.

Perfect for the price point

I loved that there were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms! It was tucked away on the quiet side of the island which was good for having kids in Key West but you will need transportation. The pool and hot tub were great! The condo needs a little updating. The bathrooms were dated but functional. The master bed was hard and squeaky.

Room stinks and property owners don’t care.

The trash receptacle was located right outside of our room and our room smelled horribly every day. We called and asked them to take of the smell and to please move us but they never called us back. We ended up deciding to leave early and when we called the property managers to explain why, they never called us back and we are out that those extra days for money. The trash was so bad that the garbage shoot was stuffed full and people left their garbage on the floor outside of the room we were in.
