This place is pricey compared to options elsewhere on the island, but TOTALLY worth it in terms of location and quality of service. We felt welcomed and appreciated, and both service and maintenance staff were prompt, efficient, and cheerful about it.

Great Staff, Comfortable but Outdated

The staff were very kind! The rooms are comfortable for the most part. We had the lanai room that sat right above a pond with turtles and fish which was nice. Some things to note: the crowd is a bit older at this resort, the resort itself is nice but outdated a bit, One Duval restaurant is onsite and great! The room we had, has skylights and was very bright so if you like to darker the room to sleep in, this is something to consider. The location was fantastic, you are at the northern most part of Duval St. Right across from Two Friends Patio restaurant.

I wish there was a microwave. Everything was very nice people were nice. There was a very ,i think drunk people screaming and cussing next door half the night even in the morning. I wish they would have done something about it when i called the desk for help.
