This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a daybed. The New Seasons at Keystone is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone. The living area features beautiful wooded views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating, and is open to the kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. The New Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including a hot tub and steam room. The Silver bus line picks up steps from the door within the Seasons complex and takes you to the Mountain House ski area, or you can easily walk to the Lakeside Village area.

As you enter the unit, there is an outside closet to hold all of your skis and equipment. Once inside, the living area features a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, radiant floor heating, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a twin daybed. Just off the living area is a private patio offering a full-size table for dining and 2 chairs for relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking treed views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar seats four, and a full size table with benches is available on the patio for al fresco dining. The bathroom is just off the main living area and features quartz countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

We enjoyed our stay and it was so easy to catch the ski bus to Keystone. The place is very attractive and the bed and bedding was quite comfortable. However the living room furniture was not as comfortable and there was no recliner or ottoman to put your feet up. The lighting in the bathroom is very dim. The kitchen is well supplied with dinnerware, utensils, and pots and pans, but there aren’t really any condiments or food and beverages of any kind so bring everything you will need with regard to food and drinks.

This was one of the best rentals I’ve ever had! There were Rocky Mountain porcinis popping up around the place! The bus stop was just a 12 min walk from the property! We cooked an amazing meal of Chicken Marsala, food we brought ourselves, and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil necessary for a nice home cooked meal. Would stay here again!

Great location and very cozy

Two night stay for two people while skiing at A-Basin. Unit was as described and convenient to slopes (even more so if skiing Keystone). Comfy bed and good water pressure. Shared hot tub was clean and actually hot, which isn't always the case at these places. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend Ski Trip

The condo was as advertised. It is in great condition and clean. The location along the shuttle route is great (but note that you're hopping on the outbound shuttle as it begins its loop...ideal in that you're first on and first off, but you ride a bit in the morning). There are no staples, so plan to bring any and all seasonings and condiments you'll need. Our only challenges were finding the numbered parking spot (never did) and that the french door wasn't secured and so both doors had swung in a bit making for a cold arrival and made us wonder about critters. Alas all worked out and the local manager was responsive.

Fantastic property!

The condo was perfect for weekend couple getaway. The entire unit feels brand new, and the location from Mountain House can't be beat as it is just one stop away on the shuttle. By the way, the shuttle stop is essentially just outside the condo which was not clear in the arrival instructions. We recommend making that clear as well as noting the color of the shuttle lines and that they come every 20 minutes. Good to know. We did not get the email with the unit access code and had to call for help late on a Friday night, but the representative got back to us quickly and we really werent inconvenienced, but you might want to double check your email system. All in all it was a fantastic weekend and this unit made the trip perfect. Highly recommend!

Great Get-away

Great location! Unfortunately they were installing new irrigation so things were a little torn up outside but it didn't take away from a great time. Only negative, there are no shades on the back door. Normally not a big deal, but being on the first floor with the road and bike trail right behind us, we felt a lack of privacy. Otherwise, a beautiful spot!

Quiet, close to keystone restort

Stayed with my two kids. I have them the bedroom and I slept in the living. Was fine for a short three night stay. This place would be ideal for a couple. Property was in great condition, very comfortable.

Just right for us

This new condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Not a lot of clothing storage space if more guests are present. Very convenient access to the Silver Route shuttle to Mountain Haus base. Not really any restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance, but shuttle service connects with Summit Stage to Dillon. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place.

The home was in a wonderful location. Well decorated. The sheets weren’t great, soft but fit poorly. The throws for the pull out were stained or dirty. There was someone else’s clothes left behind in the closet. As for amenities, the hot tub was difficult to use meaning one tub for an entire community so not much luck finding a seat. The steam room would not work either. Over all, it was a great stay and I would rather stay there then a hotel.

Adorable place

We had a great stay!! The place was super clean and super nice. We were spending a few days skiing at keystone. It was placed between the Nordic center and the lifts, a quick and easy drive to either location (there are shuttles but we didn’t use them) and we were only a few minutes away from town.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! perfect place for a couple with a small baby/child. There’s no kitchen table but worked for us since we just ate breakfast here and went out for other meals. Great place!!

This property was excellent in both location and amenities! Access to Keystone was available via a shuttle bus that picked up right in the property parking lot and Breckenridge was a quick half hour drive away. Additionally, the property looked exactly like its pictures and was decorated super cute. I also appreciated that the condo had several box fans on hand and a humidifier. Would definitely stay again!

The internet pictures are accurate and the home had plenty of options for cooking and serving, more than the typical vacation rental. It was also easy to find and easy to check in and out.
