The view is most impressive. Nothing wrong with condo all things were personal preference. I didn’t like that laundry was upstairs. Directions weren’t clear at check in that office was completely off site and miles down the road to get keys. After multiple different locations trying to get keys map wasn’t clear that our condo was down 4 flights of stairs and then up another but couldn’t take a luggage cart on stairs. None of this was listed in description or that it was on the 4th floor. It should be updated with all details.

Fantastic property in a wonderful location

This was our second stay at The Pines in Keystone and we will definitely continue to pick this property as it is close to hiking/biking trails, very well kept up, peacefully hidden back off the road, and has a fantastic pool/hot tub area and adjoining sun deck to relax. We couldn't have been happier with the place.

Condo and The Pines were excellent! I would have liked to have a pyrex 9 x 13 baking dish, a cookie sheet and some BBQ utensils. Overall, everything was great. The elevator was even working which was great.

Beautiful, Pricey, Uncomfortable

Condo was very clean, community pool and hot tub area was also very clean. Ample parking but lots of stairs inside and out to get to location. Very uncomfortable beds with cheap pillows. Loft sleeps 5 with one bathroom so layout is not ideal for a large group. No balcony but large windows with a beautiful view. We did not have firewood upon arrival but management sent some over right away.

Great location and beautiful view

Everything we needed and lots of space. More than we expected. Loved the view from the living room every morning. The kitchen was well-appointed and washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. Loved the wood burning fireplace as well. Hot tub and pool were a little crowded, but otherwise a great place to stay.

This condo was clean and roomy. The location was perfect. Kitchen was well-stocked. My only complaint is there was no ice maker or even ice cube trays to make ice. Had to go to store to get ice.
