Excellent stay

Convenient to slopes, parked the car in the garage and never had to use it. Everything is walkable. Elevator up from the garage is slooooow, but with this unit being on first floor it was less of an issue. Two hot tubs and good enough size pool for the kids. Had a maintenance issue when we first arrived and it was addressed immediately. No complaints, would recommend.

Spring break

Overall the condo was perfect for our family. Very clean, great location in River Run and the pool/hot tub were nice. One slight issue was the speed of the elevator. It took an outrageously long time to move so unpacking took forever. A few more luggage carts would have really helped the process too. Not a deal breaker but it wasn’t a great start. Overall we will absolutely look at staying here again.

Great Stay

The location was great for our teens to just walk out and be close to the mountain. It was also great to take the little ones right across the street to the little park area. We opted to not get a rental though due to being close to everything. What we didn't know though was that the place you pick up your keys vs where the actual lodge is quite the walk. That was probably the biggest down fall. Once we got to cabin everything was great though!

Gtreat location!!

The apartment was very clean and nice. The espresso machine was a plus for us coffee lovers :) The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the beds are a little on the hard side. My husband can sleep anywhere, but the kids and I had a tough time sleeping. Oh yeah, there is no A/C... you have to open all the windows for the place to get cooler. They do have a small fan for each room. Late at night it does get chilly. Other than that the place is great, my kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs! Overall we had a nice little getaway. Thanks!

The unit we actually got was close but it wasn't the same one. The guy who switched our units just said things change all the time and Keystone. It was a nice unit where we actually stayed. Can't speak to this one though I'm sure it's nice
