River Run Condo Overlooking Hot Tubs w/ Mountain Views, Short Walk to Lifts!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and hot tubs. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a DVD player for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, with mountains in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with one additional seat at the breakfast bar. The full bathroom features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

River run fun

I attended a conference at the keystone conference center. This place was about a 30 minute walk to the center which I thoroughly enjoyed each day. The walk to the gondola was only a few minutes. The wine and jazz festival was going on during my stay. I could hear the music from the balcony and it was a quick walk there as well. Close to restaurants and shops. The only thing I didn’t like was overlooking the hot tubs. The voices traveled easily up to the condo.

This place was a great place to stay. It was very close to the gondola. The three hot tubs were small, but downtown Keystone in pretty awesome. The check-in process was confusing. I’m not used to so many emails. The emails were a little overwhelming. Then having to go to a separate location for the keys and check in. I’m still not fully sure about a few things. Like do I get a parking permit to park by the elevator? It was a little complicated- Figuring out the right elevator, right parking spots, driving to go get key cards. The price was amazing and I will definitely go back again.

Place was perfect for us. Great location and amenities. Could use some minor TLC to the coffee maker (the valve didn’t work until you lifted the carafe), fridge shelving (bottom shelf was missing), oven mitts (non existent), pizza cutter (was broken) and fire place (didn’t seem to work).

Perfect location-everything you need

Check in process a breeze! Plenty of space for 2 to 4 ppl. Comfortable basics. Silver Mill building is a great location and easy walk to the lift. Love having the ski locker and parking garage. Have stayed in 3 diff units in SM and we would rent this unit again.

Just terrible. Don't stay here. First day right when we arrive, toilet is clogged and they told us to use the lobby bathroom. Refused to call a plumber until the day before we left. Roof was leaking water. Unprofessional property management company.

We enjoyed the stay except for the noise

We enjoyed the stay and the location was great. The furnitures was old and worn and very uncomfortable. There was a constant noice that kept us awake at night. It sounded like it was coming from below us and sounded like boiling water or wind blowing thru a vent. It was loud and kept us up. We will not stay in silver mill again. We have stayed in the keystone village many times but this was the 1st in this building.

Cozy and quiet mountain cabin vibes!

Directions to check in were super easy to follow, was able to check in without having to go to front desk or talk with anyone. Right next to keystone resort, which is super nice since after along day of skiing because the last thing you want to do is walk or drive very far. Very cozy inside, cute outdoor themed decorations. There is a small, quiet hot tub area outside the complex, which is super nice for an evening post-ski soak. I would deffinetly reccomend this rental and would for sure stay here again!

Excellent Thanksgiving

Things were great for our stay. Everything about the listing was accurate. Check-in process went fine. It really is hard to find the garage entry in the dark, but we got there. I will say that we asked for towels on our third day and it took over 38 hours to get towels, understanding that it was the holiday week. Hope to return some day!

Communication with property management was excellent there was a limited amount of silverware in the unit there was also some ongoing noise from the parking garage. Only 4 coffee mugs in the kitchen so entertaining guests is a challenge.
