Keystone Townhome with Great Mountain Views from Private Balcony and Deck

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful mountain and treed views. Vaulted ceilings and large windows allow lots of natural light in the living area. Other features include a private laundry and a deck and a balcony. You're a very short walk from nearby shops and restaurants, just 3 minutes from Mountain House Base Area, and only one shuttle stop from the ski slopes. Soda Springs offers shared amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub.

From the entryway, head upstairs to the living area. It features vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and large windows with beautiful views. There's a wood-burning fireplace and a flat screen TV. Please note, firewood is not provided by the homeowner. The queen-sized sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The private balcony is just off the living area where you can enjoy the surrounding mountain town views!

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats eight and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Hardwood floors have been recently installed in the dining area as well. The first of two bathrooms has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedrooms, the deck, and the laundry area are on the lower level. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and access to the deck. There's also a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the deck. It has spectacular views, seating, and extra firewood.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Great Location. Clean place. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook and bake.We loved that there was a wood fireplace but there was no firewood available despite 'additional firewood' being advertised in the photo of the lower balcony. Parking is for ONE CAR ONLY, so be mindful that you'll need to make alternative accomodations for any other vehicles. The pool and jacuzzi area was fantastic!Overall I recommend staying here - just be mindful of the parking issue...

Soda Springs is the best!

We absolutely loved this house! From booking this property all the way to the check in process was super easy and very well communicated. Property location is fantastic! You feel like you are one with nature, far away from town/hustle bustle, but you are actually close to everything. House was very clean, super comfy beds, bathrooms had ample amount of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner (nice perk!) kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook a simple or elaborate meal. Pool/ hot tub were great! Spent a lot of time swimming and soaking up the sun! I would def recommend this property and we would love to come back in the future.

Great family fun in summer

We really enjoyed this condo. Two grandparents and three grandchildren, who really like the multiple bunk beds. The pool (heated) and hot tub were very accessible and open until 10 pm. For families it would be nice to have a few more kid friendly cups and bowls. Also know that there is NO aluminum foil, plastic wraps or bags so plan to buy your own. The beds and linens were so very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Just a lovely place to enjoy Summit County in the summer.

Bland and small

The only thing right about this place was the price. However when comparing to other much larger the price was t even that good. It’s small, dark, and plain. The decor is lame, the kitchen is tiny and limited on its supplies, the bathrooms are dated and small, and the couch is in sortable. The good part were the beds and the hot water, and the view.

Fantastic condo in a quiet complex

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Keystone condo. Plenty of space for our group of 4, with room for more. The kitchen/dining room/living room upstairs was a great common area with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Access to an indoor hot tub and outdoor pool was a bonus as well. Our only small complaints were a few of the dishes weren’t clean, and the checkin process requires driving to a separate location away from the unit. Otherwise, highly recommend!

The condo is comfortable, well laid out and nice. Drawback is lack of parking. They only provided our group with one parking pass and adviced to park additional cars at the Mountain House or other ski lots. Expensive and complicated. The master bedroom did smell like smoke and the zones in that room didn't heat well. Despite this we very much enjoyed our stay. The layout pool and hot tub was a such a plus too. We would consider renting here again.

Late summer getaway

The condo was great! It was exceptionally clean and spacious for four people. The two decks provided extra living space and were the perfect setting to get some early morning work done with a backdrop of aspens, mountains and even a moose! Conveniently located - would definitely stay there again. Grateful for the experience at Soda Springs.

Clean, cute and comfy!

We stayed in July and the condo was extremely tidy and just what we needed for our little family. The bunk room is perfect for kids and even adults, as the bunk beds are BIG and the beds are so comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The pool was great for kids and the balcony great for evening drinks for parents. The area was close enough for bike rides to the lake and was a great spot during the summer and not crowded at all.

Good place to stay in Kesystone

This home was good overall. The home was clean and very cozy with beautiful views. It is very close to Keystone with a shuttle right at the parking lot which was convenient. However, we had issues with the water when taking showers, the hot water is very unreliable, you have to wait like 10 minutes before getting hot water from the shower and even then it goes back and forth from from hot to freezing. We discussed this with the property manager and they explained that due to the type of water heater there was nothing they could do. This was a big deal for us because after a long day of skiing all we wanted was a hot shower and unfortunately we didn't get that. Another issue which is in the contract but is still an inconvenience is only 1 vehicle is allowed to park on the property, any other vehicles will have to pay for parking per day and then take a shuttle to the complex. Also, there is a little bit of a walk and stairs from the parking lot to the condo so be aware of that when traveling with bags. Another thing was that the bunk room didn't have a t.v. which was a bummer bc when the adults wanted to watch something upstairs in the living room, the kids didn't have anywhere to watch TV. There is a TV in the master bedroom but we had an infant with us that took naps in there so kids weren't allowed in there. Also, I would suggest some sleds and games be added to the condo for the kids to have some activities. Overall the location and home were great and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed this place. Definitely the best stocked kitchen for all the places we’ve stay at in Keystone! Fireplace, views, and bunk beds were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
