Welcome to our stunning Beach House, where contemporary design meets coastal charm, offering a luxurious retreat just a short walk to the beach and steps from the vibrant boardwalk. You'll immediately feel at home in the open-plan living area, bathed in natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. This inviting space offers a seamless flow, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.  With 4 luxurious suites, each with a private bath, it comfortably accommodates 8 guests, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment near all coastal attractions.

A sparkling pool surrounded by swaying palm trees (Pool can be turned into a hot tub)

Serene views of the lagoon beyond

A tranquil waterfront setting on a picturesque waterway

A BBQ grill for outdoor feasts

A dedicated outdoor dining area

The modern kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Off the kitchen, a gorgeous screened porch provides the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with happy-hour cocktails.

Our home comfortably accommodates everyone with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements, each equipped with a television, Apple TV, and Sonos sound system:

Main Level: Master suite with a private bathroom, King suite with a private bathroom

Upper Level (small flight of steps): Two twin suites, each with a private bathroom

Guests will have full access to all of our beach gear; including toys, games, and beach chairs.  Our bikes are also complimentary for guests use.  The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, Nespresso Vertu, and drip coffee machines.

We had a great stay and love the property. The location is perfect and very close to boardwalk 31 which is just a short walk from the beach. Matt was very helpful addressing our needs throughout the stay. The owners personal touch helped us really feel comfortable during our stay.

This house has it all! Great location, nice coastal design, well-equipped kitchen, pool, bicycles that you can ride on the trails or beach. We loved the screen porch to enjoy the mild weather. So nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. For the beach, hosts provided chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, balls and frisbees. Kids, parents and grandparents loved staying here and will come again!

Great Island Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was super comfy and spacious with all that we needed and more. A five minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to super golf courses. Charleston is a 40 minute drive and we will definitely be back. Great city with so much history.
