Luxury PENTHOUSE Villa with Spectacular Ocean View. A 5 Minute Walk to the Beach

Incredible ocean views from this sixth-floor PENTHOUSE professionally designed by an award-winning Interior Decorator featuring 2 stylish King bedrooms, a sitting room with a queen pullout sofa, Media Room with 2 Sofas and 3 beautiful bathrooms (sleeps 6) with access to 2 elevators. Imaginative wave-inspired ceiling and welcoming decor create an exquisite ambiance. Beautiful art and comfortable, modern furnishings ensure pure luxury at the beach.

This villa boasts gorgeous finishes in the kitchen and baths with ample storage space. The kitchen has purified hot and cold water, custom floor-to-ceiling soft closure cabinetry, double ovens, a pull-out spice rack with spices provided, tray storage, and stocked with all the utensils you would have at home.
Two large primary bedrooms each with its own 42" HD TV and large compartmented closets with valet pulls for generous storage. Both primary bathrooms have marble walk-in showers with full-size built-in benches, double bowl sinks, and lots of storage. The main primary bath has a heated tile floor for an extra dose of luxury. Upstairs you will find the sitting room with a queen pullout sofa and the media room with 2 sofas. Downstairs there is a separate laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer, and lots of cabinets for storage. Beach towels (8) are provided plus beach chairs (4).

Other amenities include a premier TV channel for uninterrupted movie viewing and WIFI. There is a built-in desk with an ocean view. The ocean views from the balcony are incomparable with 180-degree views of the beach. The balcony has a 50" high boy table and chairs, seating 6 comfortably. The guests look over the railing - not through it - at the ocean. The villa includes a starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, and dishwashing detergent. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles permitted for overnight parking.
Beginning Memorial Day Weekend, May 25, 2024, through the Saturday after Labor Day, September 6, 2024, all rentals are 7 days - Saturday to Saturday.
All National Holidays: Easter Week, July 4th Week, Labor Day Week, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, and New Year's Week are 7 days rentals - Saturday to Saturday. I own another villa on Kiawah which is a 3 bedroom/3 bath and can be seen on VRBO. The property ID number is 3007499. Also rented by maxineskiawah.

Perfect!

My husband and I have been vacationing on Kiawah Island for many years. All of the properties we’ve rented have been acceptable. This property, however, is exceptional in every way. It is obvious that the owner has spared no cost in equipping and caring for this property - from the heated floors in the bathroom to the fully equipped kitchen (and so many other features). The views from this condo are truly awesome. The host/owner is Maxine. Maxine takes great pride in taking care of every little detail to insure that you have exactly what you need/want for your stay. She even leaves you a bottle of wine - your choice red or white! We will definitely return to this property.

Marathon Weekend

Our family of 5 was in town for the half marathon. This was the perfect place to stay. There was everything you could ever want right at your fingertips. Every detail has been thought of. Loved it!

This was our first trip to Kiawah Island and it is an unbelievably beautiful place. The condo is just as described: lovely, very well equipped and an unbeatable view. What a great unit and location!

The host Maxine was awesome and this property of hers is exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful week here in Kiawah, and every evening we sat on the balcony enjoying the great view and breeze. Maxine communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was well. We hope to come back in the future.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! Maxine is the perfect hostess. The decor is beautiful, and the layout was perfect for us, providing each of us with our own space (a family of 5). The view is incredible. We will definitely stay there again!

Best view on Kiawah

Our family has been visiting Kiawah for over 30 years. We've stayed in many different locations on the island, but this one was by far the best. Great home, all the amenities, with a killer view. Enjoy the pelicans as they fly by your balcony. Watch the moon come up over the water. Our family was lucky enough to see the strawberry moon and it was spectacular! This penthouse was amazing!

We love Kiawah and have rented many condos and houses there for the past 20 years. This condo was nice and the owner and property manager made sure everything was great for our stay. I felt like the living spaces were not as big in this condo as many we have rented in the past. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could imagine and more. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom has an ocean view. Being on the top floor, we had a wonderful view, however, the condo has only one balcony which is not very big. It accommodates about 4 people comfortably. We had a great time watching the deer in the evening. The building is right beside the boardwalk to the beach, which was very convenient. We also loved having beach chairs and towels to use during our stay.

Elegance at the beach

This villa was absolutely lovely, extremely clean and well-maintained, and filled with high end touches. Beautiful views from this property from the living and bedroom areas. Well-stocked pantry and bath, high-end items. We had an issue with the heat during a cold spell that was resolved via text message, and there was some construction we didn't know about that ended our stay early. Owner is very communicative.

Perfect location for family time

We arrived with our two teenage children with plenty of space for all. The condo has everything you will need for a wonderful stress free stay.
