Within walking distance to Kiawah's 10-mile beach, the villa is located next to the Night Heron Park and offers easy access to The Sanctuary Hotel, the Kiawah Island Nature Center, the Nest Market, the Islands main gate, and Freshfields Village. The villa is centrally located to the 5 Public golf courses on the island!

The bright living room has plenty of comfortable seating space with a large sofa queen bed and a large flat-screen TV as well as access to the deck and screened porch. The screened porch features table and chairs for six people. The back deck is a wonderful place to get some fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen has ample cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is also equipped with cooking utensils and a well-stocked pantry of cooking essentials.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV and has direct access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a new refrigerator and new washer and dryer. Offers cable and high-speed internet.

In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

It does not include pool guest access.
