Guests enter Duneside Angel by taking the exterior staircase from the parking lot to the front porch. Upon entering the front door, you'll find the foyer that connects to a hallway to the queen suite, sunroom and office (including laundry room in the closet) and to the staircase to the upper floors. The screened porch on the lower level is accessible from both the queen suite and sunroom. The screened porch connects to the boardwalk that leads to the nearest beach access point. On the second level of the home, you will find the twin suite, living room, kitchen, dining area & back deck. On the third level of the home, you will find the primary suite with its own private balcony & en suite bathroom. Please note that Duneside Angel is a multi-storied townhome-style villa with several interior staircases separating the home’s levels. Guests must be comfortable navigating multiple flights of stairs during their stay, including stairs between living areas and bedrooms.
Duneside Villas is located within Kiawah Island's West Beach Village neighborhood. Located near the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse as well as Kiawah Island’s main gate and Freshfields Village, the West Beach Village is a highly sought after location for easy access to nearby amenities.
