It is also located just steps away from Indigo Park’s private three-acre park. Designed with minimal maintenance and minimal impact on the environment on Kiawah Island, this environmentally sustainable home was built using the highest grade, earth-friendly, sustainable materials proved to reduce greenhouse emissions, lessen lasting effects on the environment, and provide durable, low-maintenance. Enter the home to a bright and airy kitchen, plenty of counter space and high end appliances perfect for entertaining your guests. Continue into the spacious dining and living room that take full advantage of the stunning views. With thoughtfully laid out bedrooms and baths, mature landscaping around all sides, marsh views and a relaxing plunge pool on the back deck, this home has something for all your getaway needs!

The four bedrooms each have large beds (3 kings and 1 queen) and attached bathrooms, perfect for four couples, golf groups, families to have plenty of room to spread out!

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. The pool cannot be heated. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Kiawah! The house is new, very clean, and spacious - perfect for our family with 5 young kids. The large beds and generous closet space made unpacking and getting settled so easy, which took a lot of stress out of traveling. The location was also ideal, conveniently close to everything we wanted to do on the island. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

With each bedroom having an ensuite, it allowed privacy and efficiency for everyone. The great room provided the perfect space to gather in the mornings for breakfast and in the evenings to visit or play games. This home is in a beautiful setting with views of the marsh out the huge living room was as if we were looking at a painting - Stunning!! The deck space and pool are an added bonus, though we didn't use the pool as we visited in early March. However, on hot days the plunge pool is nice to have. We were on island for a family wedding and the proximity to River Course was ideal. We used our "vacay gear credit" to have four bikes during our stay and we put them to good use. Would definitely book this home again for a future stay. Highly Recommend!

The four bedrooms are decorated beautifully, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms withand generous sized closets. The view is absolutely incredible from the kitchen/dining/family room, and three of the four bedrooms have water views. There is not one negative thing I could say about this rental.
