Centrally located in East Beach and close to the beach (150 yards), this charming first-floor, one-bedroom villa is ideal for your next retreat. 4250 Mariner's Watch Villa has a screened porch that overlooks the beautiful lagoon view. Improvements include tiled flooring, updated appliances, new cabinets in the kitchen, and granite countertops in the bath. There are two TVs and free WiFi throughout the home. The property has a King-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four guests. The family dog is welcome for a small nightly fee.

This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

The villa was completely dark and dingy. There wasn’t one light in the bedroom. No ceiling light, only two bedside lamps that didn’t work; therefore there was no light at all in the bedroom. The lighting in the entire place was almost nonexistent and what little there was was super dim. There’s a ton of extensive wear and tear everywhere which made the place feel even more dirty. The screened porch door was almost impossible to open or close. Bottom line is the entire place needs a renovation and it’s super tight on space.

Hello, We loved our stay on Kiawah, being ex-owners we loved to be back and the unit was good. We did notice a leaking in the toilet and black mold/ mildew around the vents. We dont mind we had the same happe ings in our units. So we want to just let you know. Thanks again we cant wait to come back!

The photos for this property are very misleading. The place is tired and dirty. Mold in shower and on several pieces of furniture. The air conditioner was not working properly. Had to remove the filter (which was FILTHY) to try and lessen the moisture in the condo. It was awful. The rug was beyond dirty. Whole place damp. Waiting on a refund. Would never suggest staying here.

Short summer stay

Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is very conveniently located right near the beach, the Sanctuary, and Night Heron Park. Bed was very comfortable and the large screened in porch was nice. The unit had a dampness to it that would probably be solved with a dehumidifier. Bathroom could use a refresh. Kitchen was well stocked with complimentary trash bags, sponge, dish soap, paper towels, and laundry tabs. Enjoyed our time in Kiawah and will be back!

Needed dog friendly stay for wedding weekend

Comfortable bed, and good location a few minutes walk from beach. Pictures are deceiving though. Very tight spaces, especially bathroom, and 2 lanterns randomly hanging in living area that my husband kept hitting his head on. The screened porch needs a power wash, and over all a tired unit, but worked fine for our needs and not expensive off season.

Muggy inside and out

We come to Kiawah several times each year and have never had such a humid/muggy house. Had we stayed longer I would have purchased DampRid or something like that. That's is our only real complaint but it really made us uncomfortable.

The location was great Property was fine. Huge bonus to have a washer and dryer. The couch could use a deep cleaning or be replaced - was off putting and made the condo not feel as clean as it could have been or was. Would have been nice to have a broom or dust buster available to sweep up the daily sand brought in from beach.

Kiawah mariners watch 4250

Upon arrival kitchen door was hanging on one hinge and held on with duct tape. DVD player not hooked up. Hole in wall from curtain rod in family room. Bedroom lamp broken at base and in closet but was still functional but nowhere to plug it in which left one lamp to light the entire room as there was no overhead lighting. No paper towels or dishwasher soap or extra toilet paper. Received paper products etc on Saturday afternoon. We checked out Sunday morning. My husband fixed the kitchen cabinet door. Lamp issue not dealt with. Will never use Vacasa again.

Perfect dog-friendly place

We are so appreciative that the owners allowed our small dog to be with us! The screened porch was our favorite spot when we weren’t at the beach. We are also glad that Kiawah allows leashed dogs on the beach at all times, plus has an off-leash beach down by the club. Even though we couldn’t access the club, there is a parking area just before the gate where we could leave our car and enjoy the off-leash beach. The unit is also located near the Nest Market, which was convenient for pre-cooked meals and sandwiches.

Great location needs updating

The location is great - a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed being able to have our dog with us as she enjoyed the beach. The bedroom is fine except the tv sits on the bureau and blocks the mirror. The main room is dark and poorly lit. There is west and terse that is showing on the cabinets and other places. To be honest the main living area is a little depressing. The screened in porch is nice and adds light the only negative is that it is right on the path and people are walking/riding by and talking all the time. While the location was great and we appreciated the ability to bring our dog this place was not up to our Starnes and we will not be returning.

Long weekend getaway

The property was perfect for a long weekend. The location was ideal. It is close to the bike path as well as the beach. The information binder was very helpful. The property manger was very responsive answering our questions as well as keeping in touch to make sure all was well.
