The "Bachperle" vacation rental with a terrace occupies the entire first floor and can accommodate up to 9 people. On the upper floor of the same vacation home, there is a second "Bachperle" vacation rental with a balcony, which can be booked separately to accommodate up to 10 people. This means the Bachperle vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 19 people. Each apartment has its own entrance, making the vacation home ideal for families or friends travelling together who still value their privacy. The house is ideal for families, groups of friends, and companies hosting training sessions or team-building events for up to 19 people. This centrally located accommodations are close to shops, restaurants, and a swimming pool, and you can set out on hikes, bike rides, and swimming trips right from your doorstep.

We offer a spacious apartment that, thanks to its central yet nature-filled location, is an excellent choice for both daily life and leisure activities in every way. Whether you’re planning a ski trip with friends, a hiking vacation with a family of friends, or a getaway with the grandparents—here in the mountains and by the water, in our lovingly maintained Alpine retreat, everyone can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter, hit the ski slopes or cross-country trails, or relax at home with a view of the mountains. The vacation home features two apartments with separate entrances. One 150-square-meter apartment with a large balcony offering panoramic views is located on the upper floor, and a 140-square-meter apartment with a terrace and a view of the stream is located on the first floor.
Travelling here and going on excursions are also easily accessible by train. The train station, shops, restaurants, and the swimming pool with a sauna are all just a 10-minute walk away. Plan a varied and comfortable vacation. Go hiking right from your front door or visit the JUMP House Kiefersfelden, one of the most modern and innovative trampoline parks in Germany.
In the summer, the spacious, covered balcony with a magnificent panoramic view invites you to relax. Enjoy your afternoon coffee there in the shade and delight in watching ducks or fish swim by on the Kieferbach. Even in the evening, after a strenuous hike in the mountains or a relaxing day at the beach, you can end the day together there with a glass of wine and enjoy the glistening water and the stars.
The spacious natural stone table (2.50 m x 0.95 m) in the centre of the apartment’s living area is also ideal for social gatherings.
Adjacent to it is the practical, modern, and well-equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. An old altar was salvaged from a former rectory, repurposed as a kitchen island, and now serves as a striking contrast to the modern kitchenette. The living area also features a wood-burning stove and two large sofas that invite you to relax. If needed, these can also be used as sleeping spaces.
The entire living area, including the bedrooms, features naturally oiled hardwood floors and underfloor heating that can be individually controlled in each room. The apartment impresses with its warm and very pleasant indoor climate. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere in winter.
The open hallway and high ceiling give the apartment a sense of spaciousness and visual openness.
The apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper chair, 1 bedroom with a double bed and an extra balcony, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with a single bed and a workspace. All beds are 200 cm long and equipped with high-quality mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The bedding is sewn in a comfort size of 155 cm x 220 cm.
If needed, a crib and 2 extra mattresses can be provided. One bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet; the second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. Both bathrooms have windows and an automatic ventilation system. Additionally, free wired and Wi-Fi internet access via a Fritzbox is available (50 Mbit/s).
