Es gibt zwei Nichtraucher - Ferienwohnungen, beide ausgestattet mit SAT-TV. Die Wohnung für 2 Personen verfügt über einen Südbalkon. Für die 4-Personen Wohnung steht eine kleine Terrasse zur Verfügung (die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock des Hauses). Die Wohnung Nr. 1(für 4 Personen) hat einen separaten Eingang. Die Wohnungen können nur getrennt voneinander gemietet) werden. In der großen Ferienwohnung - Kinder erst ab 5 Jahren möglich - steile Marmortreppe!!! Bei Belegung von 2 Personen wird nur 1 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Wunsch kann das 2. Schlafzimmer dazugebucht werden zum Aufpreis von 5,-- EUR für das Zimmer. Von beiden Wohnungen kann man einen freien Blick zum imposanten Kaisergebirge und zum Hausberg der "Thierseer" dem Pendling geniessen. Zum Kieferer Badesee sind es ca. 5 Min. Fußweg. Keine Wintervermietung!
Die Ferienwohnung ist erst für Kinder ab 5 Jahren geeignet, da sich im Haus eine steile Treppe befindet!

Die Beschreibung der FW hätte ich genauer lesen sollen , es gab kein Wlan.Ist eigentlich Standart.WC konnte man innen nicht zusperren , außen hing eine Pappe zum umdrehen Besetzt.

Sehr verwohnt und altbacken. Bei geöffneten Fenstern Dauerbeschallung durch die Autobahn in der Nähe.

Schön gelegen

Etwas Altbacken aber in Ordnung. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Warmes Wasser und die steile Treppe sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Genügend Platz für die Kleidung ist vorhanden. In den Betten habe ich gut geschlafen.
