Incredibly poor customer service. They don't provide an airport shuttle even though during booking it suggests they do. When we got there we discovered there's no A/C or fans, there were no towels in the entire hotel as they'd "sent them out for washing." They didn't have my reservation and in fact if I hadn't taken a printed copy of the Hotels.com reservation we would not have been able to stay there. As it stands, they called me on the phone while I was at the airport heading out to say that they needed me to send them a copy of the paid reservation as they couldn't find it in their system. Without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had! Thinking of staying there? Run a mile in the opposite direction as fast as you can.
Whilst the service was truly friendly, and the check-in process quick- one couldn't help but feel sorry for the management staff who had to abide by certain 'rules' fixed by their higher-ups.
The room cost me around 47$, however the hotel charges another 10 USD (each) for pick ups and drop to the airport.
So if one is planning on spending close to 70$ just for a night's stay then I'd prefer some of the other options available near by.
The rooms were clean, however my bathroom shower didn't have any water at 6am when I tried having a shower. I called up the reception multiple times but no one bothered answering.
The manager told me that since I'm leaving early the next day (6.45am) and their breakfast doesn't start till about 8am, they will give me a packed breakfast. I found that sweet. However, at the time of leaving they had all but forgotten about it.
All in all, a forgettable experience. I am certainly not returning to this place!
