Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Ask about the small fee for early check-in or late check-out (allowed depending on scheduling and not high season).

• The condo is ground floor, and the bedroom window faces the building walkway, so occasional foot traffic may be heard.
• The unit uses a tankless water heater, so hot water may take a short time to warm up.
• Dryers in the Maui Vista complex vent indoors through water trap (standard for the building) and are regularly maintained.
• This is a well-loved personal condo rather than a luxury resort suite, and many guests enjoy it for its location, comfort, and value while exploring

📋 Booking Requirements

To rent this property:

• The Booking Guest must be 25 or older
• Government-issued ID must be submitted within 24 hours of booking
• The Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement must be signed within 24 hours
• The Booking Guest must stay at the property during the reservation
• The credit card must match the Booking Guest name

Security Hold: A $125 pre-authorization is required to maintain the quality of our condo. This is not a charge (unless it is a debit card). It is released 7 days after a damage-free stay.

- Dispose of any perishable food and leave the refrigerator empty
- Load and start dishwasher before leaving

- Please start a load of towels in the washer to help the cleaner
- Close and lock door/sliding door
