Very Beautiful well maintained Family Friendly Complex

I was very pleased with our stay at Maui Sunset. Our condo was very clean & had a updated kitchen. The view was nice on the deck. The complex had a large pool and hot tub. Check in and check out was very easy. Nice location.

Excellent. We have spent many years at the Maui Sunset enjoying the pool, beach and the sunset. Many places to snorkel of which equipment was provided in condo. One thing missing was salt and pepper. Read emails if you fly in after 5. It will provide directions to enter condo

Moreover, we had a view on all the other clients / owners on their lanai/ balcony. I will certainly not recommend that place which was also very noisy ( street, neighbors, halls, lawns)

Wonderful Stay in Maui at our Maui Sunset Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At the beginning of July, we stayed in Condo A-205 at Maui Sunset near the north end of Kihei. The representatives of the company were so nice and easy to book our stay with! The property was gorgeous, with a partial ocean view, and manicured grounds every day, including meticulous cleaning of the barbecue grills each morning. The lush, tropical grounds have a pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard, tennis courts, gym, and beach access. Condo A-205 has a beach theme and was remodeled right before our arrival, with an upgraded kitchen, granite countertops, new cabinets, backsplash, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and washer/dryer. The living room has a comfortable murphy bed, a sofa, a kitchen table, and another table and chairs out on the lanai. The bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with a bathroom counter and sink in the room and a separate bathroom with a toilet and bathtub/shower. The second bathroom was near the living room with a toilet and shower. This property was pristine, well maintained, and has two air-conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room as well as ceiling fans in each room. The closet had all the beach toys, including boogie boards, snorkel equipment (we brought our own), beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and at this property. Neighbors were all great and quiet and everyone we met at the pool or barbeque area had the aloha spirit. It was minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, Kamaole Beaches, shops, and shave ice. There is a concierge at the pool area to help with any activities if you need assistance. Parking was always easily accessible. A lovely experience staying here!

Murphy bed sealed the deal for us

Nicely remodeled living/kitchen/lanai. Loved the Murphy bed. The bathrooms and old furniture needs to be updated to complete the luxury feel. Gas grills in the common area were nice for steak dinners. The building also has water hose for car wash if your car rental required clean car return.

Our room didn’t have a safe, as stated, so I didn’t like having to carry all our cash around with us. But that’s not a major issue. Good location, able to walk to some local spots if needed and the beach wasn’t bad. It was kinda rocky, but it gives you some stunning sunsets. It was very convienent they provided, beach towels, chairs, cooler and other beach item. The property had multiple grills that renters could use. The pool had a nice lounging area as well. If we came back to Maui, I would stay here again.
