The Space:
Welcome to Charming Beachside Garden Vistas— a new addition to our collection of stylish, luxurious condos in Kihei and Wailea. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel completely at home. The garden space features a brand new full remodel completed in October 2025, along with a convenient in-unit full-size washer and dryer.

Located in the highly sought-after Kamaole Sands Resort, our condo sits directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, one of Maui’s most loved beaches—perfect for swimming, relaxing in the sand, and catching unforgettable sunsets. Resort amenities include a fitness center, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, multiple BBQ areas with picnic tables, and evening tiki torches that create a true island atmosphere.

Set among beautifully landscaped grounds with swaying palms and fragrant plumeria trees, this slice of paradise captures the essence of Maui’s relaxed and welcoming spirit. Take a deep breath, unwind, and experience the true meaning of Aloha.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours to enjoy. Kamaole Sands offers world class amenities for guests such a gym, pool, hot tub, onsite tennis courts. A full-size washer and drying is in the unit and laundry detergent is provided.

The Neighborhood:
Kihei sits at the base of Haleakalā, Maui’s majestic 10,000-foot volcano, offering breathtaking mountain views in every direction. This vibrant coastal town is lined with miles of golden beaches, local eateries, boutique shops, and endless opportunities for adventure—all within walking distance. A fun fact about Hawai‘i: every beach is public, so you’re free to explore the coastline from end to end. Together with neighboring Wailea and Makena, Kihei offers a wealth of dining, shopping, and “happy hour” favorites. Kamaole Sands is conveniently close to several grocery stores—including Safeway, Times, and Foodland—and if you prefer larger retailers like Costco or Target, they’re an easy stop on your way from the airport.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay! It is the easiest way to get around the island.

Other Things to Note:
As of April 2025, the Kamaole Sands Complex is undergoing maintenance throughout the complex, resulting in construction noise during business hours. Please feel free to reach out for more details.

Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.

Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.

There is a complex-wide mandatory resort fee included in your rate.

Ensuite washer and Dryer

Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear.

Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis
