Welcome to our home at Kauhale Makai 612. Our home was fully and immaculately remodeled in March of 2023. Our beautiful and pristine two-bedroom condo sits on the top (sixth floor) of the unit. The complex offers two elevators and laundry access on each floor. Our home is breathtakingly beautiful on the inside and the outside!

The inside of the 799 square foot condo boasts two custom bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a king bed, on-suite bathroom and breathtaking views of the ocean and the west Maui mountains. The second bedroom features a queen bed as well as an on-suite bathroom. Both full-size bathrooms offer custom vanities, full showers, and designer touches. Our home is equipped with central air for a comfortable stay. Parking is right on property and is free of charge.

The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a bar, and a table. Not a single detail has been overlooked. The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing our brand-new Smart TV.

The outside lanai is incredibly spacious and accessible from the living area or master bedroom. Enjoy morning coffee and evening dinner on the lanai as you bask in the views of the ocean and west Maui mountains. During whale season (Dec 15 - April 15) you can watch for whales by day and enjoy the sunset by night.

A short stroll away is Kalepolepo Beach Park, a small and stunningly beautiful Kihei beach. Because Kalepolepo was a historic fish pond it keeps big waves and crowds at bay. Enjoy watching turtles who love to bask on the beach’s rocks, stroll along the sandy shores, or grill up a delicious lunch.

We provide all the necessary linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.

This condo was exactly as pictured! Our host sent clear communication and provided so many helpful amenities, from beach chairs, a cooler bag to kitchen appliances and garbage bags. The binoculars for whale watching from the patio were a really great surprise. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the entire unit was very clean. It was a perfect place to relax at the end of day of Maui adventures.

Our family travels a lot and stays in a lot of vacation rentals. This one was probably a top 2 for me. First of all the view is phenomenal, cannot be topped. Steps from the beach, nice quiet pool. The remodel is top notch. Parking is easy and free, check in and check out was seamless. I was sad to leave. It was so nice to have all the beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, boogie board. I love that they even thought to have a drying rack for all your swim suits and towels. Love, love, love, 5 stars, would recommend.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed the space as well as being able to cook and enjoy coffee in the morning on the lanai. The location was perfect - beautiful views, close to all of the things in Kihei and right by a quiet beach. The property was very clean and quiet, and everyone was very nice. We enjoyed the pool everyday which was warm and a great place for relaxing in the afternoon. We will definitely be back and want to stay here again!

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this beautifully remodeled condo! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. With plenty of space, we comfortably accommodated our family of five, and our daughter loved sleeping on the cozy pull-out couch for the entire week.One of our favorite spots was the inviting balcony, where we gathered for meals and cherished breathtaking sunsets each evening. The serene view made it the perfect backdrop for losing ourselves in our favorite novels. The condo's location couldn’t be better—just a quick five-minute walk to the beach and conveniently close to downtown Kihei. Plus, the pool area was immaculate and offered tons of space to soak up the sunshine. This place truly felt like a home away from home! We will rebook it again!
