This ground floor vacation condo is tucked away amid Kamaole Sands’ immaculately maintained grounds. Your lanai is partially sheltered by this tropical flora. This charming, 818 sf vacation condo features island-style dĂ©cor. The upgraded full kitchen includes marble countertops, four range burner/stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, dishware and cookware. Sleeps up to 4 with 1 king bed and a sofabed.

Located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, these air-conditioned condos let guests slip away from daily demands in relaxing style. Each suite features a private lanai, full-kitchen, high-speed Internet access, and washer/dryer. Great Loction

This was a standard rental unit. Not fancy - but everything worked except the dishwasher needs to be replaced. I thought the kitchen was dated but was better equipped than average. The ground floor lanai was pleasant and a definite plus. No bathroom tub and could use a shower railing. We would stay there again.

Dingy and Inadequate AC - Do Not Recommend

Upon entering the whole place feels dated, dingy and cramped. The layout is horrible. The rugs are dirty, the floors and grout dirty, the microwave door filthy, bugs on the stove top, sticky (as from cooking oil fumes) cabinet handles, rust in master tub, stains on patio curtains, etc. Base board dirty. The place needs a deep clean, not just a quick clean between unit changes. A previous commenter wrote about running out of hot water, which we did once, and only with two of us occupying the unit. The washing machine is falling apart -- you have to hold the panel in to pull the switch out to start the washer. The AC is decent size at the back of the condo, but it's a long unit, and we could never adequately cool the front of the unit where the bedroom is, leading to uneasy sleep in a warm bedroom (seriously, like 78 degrees) -- this even with all the fans available running and blowing cold air from the back to front. It was horrible. The pillows are pathetic and limp. Positives? There are way more utensils, pots, pans and etc. than you need. Plenty of dish detergent likely due to a previous guest, but the owner was stingy with laundry detergent, leaving only one serving, so even though only there a couple days you have to go buy $12 of detergent to do more than one load. I generously left all the towels washed. LOL Finally, the complex as a whole is conveniently located close to some great beaches, the unit has beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to take with you to the beach which was very helpful. Several restaurants, shaved ice and bars are within easy walking distance. The pool area for the complex is totally inadequate for the huge number of units and while we enjoyed the mai thai happy hour when we arrived, we never used the pool due to crowding. So, if you can't afford anything better and plan to be out of the unit (and not use the pool) sure, rent it. I would not rent again if I was back in town. I'd post pictures if I could, but I have them to evidence all of the negatives about this place.

Great Location and access to Beach!!

Property location was very nice, the specific unit needs to be remodeled as it is outdated, especially the bathrooms, washing machine was broke and some of the burners on the stove didn't work. The kitchen and living area are very nice though! For the time we were there, it was great, and there was beach chairs, cooler and beach toys and snorkel equipment to enjoy!

The property is exquisite. The gardens beautiful. Location is it’s greatest attraction. Wonderfully helpful front desk staff.

Can’t wait to come back!

Great condo, well stocked, nicely decorated. The hide-a-bed was broken but we just moved the mattress to the ground and it was comfortable. The snorkel gear, umbrellas and beach chairs supplied made up for it!
