Ocean Views of Kamaole Beach Park from this spacious lanai! Perfect for your morning coffee and the newspaper or an afternoon relaxer watching sunset. Central location makes trips to the beach or shopping/dining a breeze! The third floor location is easily accessed by elevator or stairs and provides a breezy lanai and overlooks a view of the beach.Kihei Alii Kai has a pool, tennis courts, a barbecue, and hot tub.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, in unit washer/dryer, and large smart tv and sound bar which brings all the comforts of home. At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Extraordinaire séjour au Kihei Alii Kai A302

Nous avons tout aimĂ© de notre appartement. Sa location Ă©tait parfaite, Ă  2 minutes de marche de la plage Kamaole 1 et Ă  proximitĂ© de restaurants, epicerie, liqor store. Nous avons fait pu profiter de la plage pour relaxer, se baigner, mais aussi nager avec les tortues prĂ©sentes en grand nombre Ă  cette plage, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'appartement. L'entrĂ©e autonome fut parfaite et nous avions toutes les indications nĂ©cessaires. Toutefois, la piscine n'etait pas accessible pour les 5 premiers jours de notre sĂ©jour, sans avis, ce qui nous a beaucoup déçu. Il s'agit du seul point nĂ©gatif. Le balcon est grand avec une vue partielle de l'ocĂ©an trĂšs agrĂ©able pour prendre les repas ou juste relaxer. Le logement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre sĂ©jour, cuisiner et mĂȘme plus (chaises de plage, boggie board, parasole). Nous recommandons vivement et y reviendrons assurĂ©ment!

Awesome condo

The condo overall was awesome. The bed is a king size not a queen which is awesome and some of the closest doors could use some repairs other than that you can't beat this vacation home for location and quietness.

Our KAK stay

We enjoyed our stay at KAK and plan on returning. The condo was very clean, with all the amenities needed for an awesome vacation. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots pans, etc. to make for an enjoyable stay. The only two things I would recommend are adding a small cooler/cooler bag and a fourth beach chair, as we had four people in our group. There was a large beach umbrella that we appreciated immensely. We hope to return, very soon!

Great location and view but given the location near a retail area it is a bit noisy. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Kitchen well equipped. Bedding could be upgraded. Hide a bed ok but typical hide a bed mattress.

Little piece of paradise!

This vacation spot was in a perfect location will lovely ocean views. Every detail was perfect for my stay--plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and enjoying meals on the lanai with epic views. Comfortable space with clean and tidy amenities. Walking distance to the beach for perfect sunsets, relaxing on the beach, and snorkeling. Try the snowcones at Beach Street nearby:) I will certainly book again for my next Maui adventure! Mahalo

Great location

We liked the condo and the area. The condo had everything we needed and the layout was just right for two people. There was plenty of storage space and we were happy to find beach equipment, however the beach chairs have seen their better days. The kitchen was well equipped and even a few spices in the cupboard. There were plenty of towels and sheets and it was great to have our own washer and dryer. The negative things we could say are that it needs some upgrading especially the bathroom and the kitchen cupboards, appliances and closet doors. The patio furniture appears to have been there for a very long time, could use some new furniture. Everything worked but seriously needs replacing. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay in Kihei

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo has everything you need and is so close to the beach and restaurants, we always walked. Really can't complain about anything. Just know the shower is tricky to turn on, you have to pull the knob toward you with a lot of force to open the water.

Great location

Loved the area and the view. Pool was great too. The property managers took a long time to get back to me and stopped responding. When I arrived there was no internet. It was a big deal as I’m sure it would be for most. They apologized said it would be done right away. Arrived Monday night and not resolved until Thursday late morning. I was told I would receive credit back to me for 3 days of paying my own provider for service. Still haven’t heard from them. Once the wifi got installed and I could carry on with my day I discovered when they installed it they lost the cable
. Not a big deal as not a lot of time for tv but I had it for the first 3 days
.. they never came to fix it. Or even respond. I told them about the blind off the roller no response. I highly recommend not to use this property manager. But stay at Kihei Alii Kai! Beautiful place close to everything and though outdated it’s just what I needed.

Wonderful stay, beautiful location
very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property and will absolutely be staying here again in the near future. It is located in the perfect location, many food options close by as well as shopping. This condo is literally steps to the beach and the ocean view is perfect for watching the sunset. The patio was a huge bonus and we spent every morning and evening there. I can’t say enough good things about this place ❀

Great spot

Great location. Nice spacious apartment. Not necessarily modern in terms of decor or appliances but everything worked perfectly and it was comfortable and clean. Was really pleased that the place had a bunch of beach gear like chairs, coolers, beach towels, gear etc which made it really easy to enjoy time at the beach. Would stay again.
