The luch tropical landscaping provides privacy, allowing our guests to go clothing optional.
This is the perfect Private Spa getaway as only ONE party can reserve this property at a time, so when you reserve the MauiJOY Villa, (Heaven on Earth) you will have the privacy of the pool to yourselves. (The pool can be completely enclosed with a removable security fence for toddlers).
Two large Bedrooms, making this ideal for two couples or a small family.
each bedroom is equipped with king sized very comfortable bed with premium linens. Each bedroom has light and sound blocking curtains too in case the birds are too loud for you. The second master bath, with granite counter top, jacuzzi tub, also has a walk-in tiled shower accommodated for senior.
Both bedrooms have tropical garden views with cool breezes that come in from the top of Haleakala (The islands dormant volcano that rises above Maui at 10,023 ft.)
There is a very large outdoor shower beneath the banana trees where you can shower off after the beach or swim in the pool or like some of our guests perfer to use it only.
There are beautiful ocean views from the living area and dining/kitchen areas.
Everything you need to enjoy a stress free vacation is here, from your morning smoothie using the latest Vitamixer, the large four burner barbecue, dishes, premium linens, luxury bathrobes, beach chairs/towels, free high speed wifi internet and free movies using our streaming services Hulu, Pandora, Amazon Prime.
(We love kids so have little chairs, beach toys, games, floats, umbrellas and a portable high chair)
The additional room, TV/Sitting room has a large refrigerator, a washer /dryer and 40' Smart Flat Screen TV and is located off pool side for your convience while using the barbecue and close to your outdoor dining area.
The MauiJOY Villa has been a favorite spa retreat for two couples to share and families. The kids love the pool!
We will give you contact information for our favorite massage therapist who will bring her table and you can get a relaxing massage poolside or beneath the mango tree in the lower gardens.
The MauiJOY Villa has breathtaking views of the ocean and full south western night skies. Lush tropical landscaping affords property privacy. The lower garden, also with ocean views, is a perfect meditation or yoga/pilates spot, and there are also various organic fruit trees including Mango, Papaya, Guava, Strawberry Guava, Tangerines, Oranges and Passion fruit vines for your morning smoothies.
There are many love birds I have rescued that visit our feeder along with finch, sparrow, and two species of cardinals, to name a few. If you enjoy bird watching, this is a good spot for that too. In fact, love birds who fly freely in our gardens may even stop to say 'aloha'. Our Axis deer actually "bark" and you may hear/see them on the adjacent vacant land.
Sit by your private pool and watch the whales play from December to May. You can actually watch them from the lanai (we have binoculars, however you may want to bring your own for boat trips) and the activity can be seen from here.
We have our own drinking water filters in the kitchens so no need to buy plastic water bottles, We encourage you to bring your re-fillable water bottles.
We have plenty of shopping bags/ cooler bags for your use.
The County of Maui is now discouraging any type of sunscreen that is NOT labled "reef safe" as our corals are being affected by the ingredients in sunscreen.
We do recycle as much as possible here too with recycling bins.
In compliance with County of Maui Licensing codes, the owner does occupy a studio on the property however does not interfere with your privacy and available for questions as your on site concierge. This owner-occupied property is best suited for guests who are comfortable with an on-site owner in a separate area and who value a peaceful, respectful environment.
New Year's eve is spectacular with views of the resort fireworks as well.
