Kauhale Makai Unit 627. Top Floor 1 Bedroom with Ocean Views

Aloha, you will certainly enjoy this beautifully renovated and redecorated 1 bedroom condo with all the luxuries of home on Maui. This unit has been completely refreshed and renovated, a new walk in tiled shower. New furnishings with a Queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. New rugs, bedding and drapes too.
The unit has been freshly repainted to reflect the new decor. It's perfect for your vacation, honeymoon, or any special occasion.

The kitchen has cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is beautifully appointed to the last detail including star fish cabinet pulls. Enjoy your breakfast sitting at the breakfast island or have a cup of coffee on the lanai and watch the sunrise over the water.

There is also separate dining area, with a beautiful glass top table and 4 dining chairs.

Living room and bedroom have hardwood floors and decorated with 'island' furniture. You can see the ocean from every room in the condo. Wake up in your king size bed watching the ocean or palm trees from your bed.

Unit includes a 55 4K Smart TV in the living room, and a smaller 4K Smart TV in the master bedroom. Watch your favorite movies, stream, record on the DVR, ask Alexa any question or listen to your favorite music. Free high speed wi fi internet.

Walk out the living room or the bedroom onto the large lanai. Lanai has table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning breakfast and coffee and watch the whales. In the evening after a day at the beach enjoy the sunset from your lanai.

Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and even a cooler to pack your lunch in for the day at the beach.

Beautiful grounds with large pool, and also a wading pool and Jacuzzi hot tub. Big lawn out back to the beach. Volleyball court, shuffle board and putting green. The beach out back is a long beach great for walking in the morning, or watching the evening sunsets.

You are close to some of the best beaches on Maui and great dining in the area too.

Great location in Kihei with restaurants, shopping and most important wonderful beaches and golf. We are also only minutes to the fabulous shopping in Wailea.

This condo has absolutely everything you could need or want. The location is excellent as well for getting around Maui. The pool area is lovely. Can’t see the full sunset from the lanai but a quick walk to the very quiet small beach is excellent. Great responsive communication from owner.

We had a great stay in this condo, close to restaurants Nula was our favourite for breakfast or lunch. The condo is very nice it has everything you need, lots of towels, beach towels and beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. lanai has a nice view of the ocean and sunsets.

Everything you need for a Day at the Beach

We would stay here again. King bed was great. The location was a short drive to nice restaurants. What was so helpful was all the beach equipment, chairs, umbrella and even a cooler. We were set. Definitely recommend!

Close to Azeka shopping center for restaurants and Times foods Watched whales from our balcony,our complex was very quite at night, watched the sunset every night while we there. The unit we were in had every thing we needed and was very clean.

We loved our stay. Very comfortable condo overall. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Nice shower and bed. Only a couple issues to note:Loud HVAC system noise 24/7. AC units appear to be directly above condo. By end of our visit we got more used to it. This was only major drawback to this unit. Issues with large TV not connecting to network. Unable to get it resolved even after having management company come and work on it. Owner aware and plans to get it looked at. Appreciated owner reaching out after storm and flood in Kihei to ensure we were ok. We would stay here again.

View was as stated. Location is in very close proximity to the very busy Kihei road.We found there was not a supply of basic household items such a garbage bags, etc. The lanai did not have any shade, so the nice view could only be enjoyed very early in the morning or just after sunset.

An AMAZING week!

We had a wonderful time! The condo is absolutely beautiful!! It was well stocked with coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, etc
.. along with beach towels, and chairs. Joan is the best host anyone can have. Any questions we had, were answered quickly. Nothing like sitting on the Lanai each morning with my coffee in paradise It was so awesome and we did not want to leave!! I highly recommend this place. You will LOVE it!!

Property was great. Had a bit of a rough start due to not receiving an email but Maui Condo and home quickly got me in touch with who we needed to get the email and parking situated. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend this condo more! The location was perfect! We really enjoyed staying in Kihei for its central location and its many close restaurants and grocery stores. While we ventured out to a different beach or activity each day we always enjoyed coming back to the condo to sit on the beach for sunset. Plus we always saw several sea turtles swimming bye at sunset! The condo had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for cooking and even extra had dishwashing pods, paper towels, and trash bags! The bed was very comfy. The best part though was the umbrella and chairs, we used them every single day! The only negatives would have to be the shower easily gets water all over the floor but we just put down an extra towel so that we wouldn’t have to constantly wipe the floor. Also, the drier would only let us dry for 10 minutes at a time so it took 3 separate trips to the drier to pay 25 cents and restart it to dry one load of clothes, but we only washed one load so it wasn’t a huge deal. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Nicely appointed condo

This condo has a cohesive stylish design and furnishings. Clean, quality bed & bath linens, a pack and play crib, matching dishes and dinnerware, plus a workable collection of cooking tools, drying rack, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards
 you name it, the owners have thought of it! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely spot

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has a terrific view and is comfortably appointed. The bathroom has recently been redone and it is quite nice to use as well. Originally when we were planning our trip we intended to stay in Lahaina, but obviously that was out. We are very happy we stayed in Kihei. It is central, has a lot of great places to eat, and just enjoyed the vibe. Overall made for a great stay on Maui! BTW, we had some small maintenance issues while we were there. That happens. The owner went above and beyond the call of duty in getting a plumber out for repairs on the weekend. She was very helpful and we appreciate it.

Wonderful location

Joan’s place has everything you need. Full kitchen, lots of linens, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, etc. Beautiful view from the large lanai and a minute or so walk to the beach. We had the best time visiting for 10 days and can’t wait to come back. Mahalo.

Awesome Place

We loved the view and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was also in a good location. We had several other friends staying in Kihei and it was easy to drive and/or Uber from one place to another. Highly recommend!

Loved this place!

This condo was exactly as it is online. It feels so clean and new. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the perks of beach chairs and a cooler were so helpful! There is a great running route nearby and we saw turtles on the beach in front of the property. We would definitely book again.
