Maui Banyan is located across the street from Kamaole Beach 2, a scenic family friendly beach. The resort has 2 pool areas, tennis courts, and BBQ areas. Located at the South end of Kihei, the condo is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and a number of beautiful beaches that are ideal for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, or just relaxing.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

We love this area of Maui and this is our 3rd stay at the Maui Banyan, but first time in this unit. My favorite unit so far due the view of the open space, ocean and up country. We loved everything about the unit, has everything you could want in the kitchen and lots of beach supplies, but the beds were too firm for us so we did not rest well. Other than that it would have been 5 star!

Enjoyed out stay immensely. Really like the location and the views. Only 1 minor complaint. The toilet tank in one of the bathrooms leaked while we were there, but it was fixed the next day. My complaint is we weren't given any kind of notification of the repair so we actually didn't use the bathroom for another day as we thought it was still not working.

A little piece of paradise

Everything was as described; very comfortable bed; great location; we walked to stores and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Kihei has everything you need. People are helpful and friendly. Shaved ice and smoothies were a big hit with all of us. The beach was spectacular and we saw turtles swimming by almost ever day. Loved our time here.

Perfect Location

We loved staying in this condo which was just across the street from Kam 2. The location is amazing, the bed was comfortable, the condo was clean, and we really appreciated Matt’s kind and professional correspondence! PMI maui was kind enough to provide us with a pack and play for our daughter along with some great sand toys, chairs and umbrellas they have for guests to use. We couldn’t wait to go to Kam 1 during the mornings and enjoyed sunset at Kam 2 each evening. Access to grab and go food was ideal as we were traveling with 2 little ones! I wish we were still there! It was perfect for our family. Thank you Matt.

Great for families

I traveled with my husband and two kids, ages 7 and 9. It’s a perfect space and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The beach is across the street and even though it can be a bit rough it’s fun for the kids to play.

Awesome Location, can use a bit of TLC

The condo is in a prime location. Overall, it is very well equipped and very clean, except for the sofa. I realize it is a rental property, but the sofa needs to be either cleaned or changed altogether. The sofa covers have what appears to be stains, or crusts of dirt on them. A quick run on the washer would do wonders for them. The other item I had issues with is the quality of the mattress. This needs to be upgraded. Not very comfortable. This said, I will be returning to this unit. The location is great for both low noise level and view. The management was very quick to respond, and very helpful. Fix those 2 things above, and you'll have a 5 star unit.

Upper Floor Condo with Partial Ocean View

Great location across from Kamaole 2 beach in Kiehei. Very clean, air conditioned, condo with many upgrades. Our only issue was there is only 1 small sofa and 1 end table in the living room. No coffee table so no place to put your snacks except the floor when watching the large HDTV. Upper floor so elevator was very convenient. Enjoyed the partial ocean view from the balcony, and the free self self park . Very comfortable condo for 2 people. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
