A note about our tropical environment: Our ground-floor condo lets you enjoy easy beach access and the beautiful Maui breeze. Please keep in mind that if the lanai doors are left open, a few curious island visitors, like geckos or small insects, might wander in. We recommend keeping doors closed to keep the indoors as comfortable as possible. The air conditioning also will not run with the lanai doors open. Mahalo for helping us keep paradise peaceful and pest-free!

Polo Beach Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at Polo Beach Club. If anything the photos don’t do this lovely condo justice. Feet from the sand, clean as a whistle, modern updates throughout and everything one could need for a fabulous family vacation. There’s no doubt a ground floor space with a lovely lanai is worth every Penny and that definitely proved true for us. Our teens were able to boogie board and play soccer on the sand, and we all played cards on the lanai wile making dinner every night. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beyond well equipped and dark for sleeping. We also loved the proximity to the wailea path and small town of Kihei. We got fresh poke every night from Foodland. We hope to be back soon!!

Exceeded our expectations

This condo was absolutely amazing. It exceeded every one of our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and very well thought out. It had everything we needed plus plenty of extras. We didn’t want to leave. Even the linens were high quality and the diffusers throughout added such a nice touch. My kids loved the high end appliances too. This was hands down the nicest VRBO condo we have ever stayed in.

Prime apartment in a prime location!

This is our second visit, and that says it all! A beautiful modern apartment in the best location. Nothing can beat watching the sunset from your own Lanai and hearing the waves when you wake up. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen (everything you need and more). Great showers. Amazing linens. Top notch! Highly recommended!

This unit is the perfect place to stay for your next Maui vacation! Located on Wailea, this first floor condo is steps from the beach and pool. Gorgeous sunset views! A Slice of Paradise

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at Kim's place. The condo was nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. We liked the 'pay it forward' mentality of leaving any unused non-perishable food and drink for the next guests. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and grass area. The views from the condo were amazing and the large screen doors allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian breezes. Do be sure to hang your towels to allow them to dry fully each day so as not to get a musty/moldy smell. Covered parking was convenient, but next time we will rent a smaller SUV to make it easier to access. This is a premier condo and one of the best experiences we have had on our many trips to the islands. Thank you, Kim!

Heaven on Earth

Gorgeous home. It was quiet, safe, and gated. Everything you need for the beach is provided. This home is located next door to several of the best, big resorts on the island
 however you would never know it! The private beach which is literally steps away and was beautiful. We spent every evening absorbing the sunsets! Perfect setting for our family’s first vacation to Hawai’i! Mahalo!

Perfect Vacation

This is an absolutely beautiful condo unit just steps from the beach. The condo unit was recently re-modeled and the finishes and attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable! I grew up visiting this condo complex and now bring my family for our vacations. This ground-floor unit is ideal with kids, making the frequent runs to the beach and pool very easy. The owner was very responsive and it's obvious they care about the experience for their guests. This condo unit is amazing. I highly recommend it!

This unit was just perfect. Lovely furnishings and decor, high end kitchen, exquisite location, the beach is literally only steps away from the lanai! Kim Ennis is an expert host, providing every imaginable bit of information for us so that we never had to ever call or contact her. My family collectively said this was the best vacation we ever spent together, and Unit 108 played a large part of it. While the surf on Polo Beach was a bit sandy during our stay, the lava rocks on both sides really made it feel like a private beach. The master bath was spacious and modern. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfy, and the living area was terrific. We embraced the pay it forward mentality by leaving quite of bit of beverages behind for next guests to hopefully enjoy. If I were forced to provide any suggestions for improvement, the clothes dryer is not super efficient and the living room table was quite cumbersome and heavy to move every night to access the foldaway bed in the couch. But these are very minor comments to an otherwise exceptional property. We hope to be back soon. Thank you Kim!
