Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity â weâll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

Laundry in unit was great. Kitchen was fine. 20 gal of hot water was insufficient for showers for two. Furniture on lanai not as pictured and was uncomfortable. Location is convenient and seeing the ocean out your window is wonderful. Parking always available. Grounds well kept.
This property was in a great location with amazing views. Small beach in the back was nice to enjoy if we didn't want to venture out but the condo is also perfectly located to be able to make trips to multiple locations around the island. Beds were comfortable and the condo had plenty of space for 5 adults. It was nice to have the 2 bathrooms and the washer and dryer. Also appreciated having the beach chairs for everyone, beach umbrella plus a couple of boogie boards. The host was very communicative and quick to respond when we had inquiries. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. We will definitely be back in the future!
We really like the location of the property with easy access to the beach and pool without needing to cross a busy street. The views from the condo are great and the extra side windows are really nice. The property managers were very responsive when we needed help with correcting our booking and they were proactive with checking in with us after our first night to ensure that everything was ok and to see if we needed help with anything.
Great location, on the beach and close to town. The unit could use some deep cleaning and a bit of TLC. We have stayed in this building prior in other units and it appears that this unit is probably an investment property vs privately owned. The unit has most of the âbasicâ needs such as appliances, dishes, towels, etc, but it would have been more comfortable with additional items that you find in most privately owned units, especially when there is no cleaning service during the stay. A couple examples, upon check-in, crumbs and sand were seen in the corners of the kitchen, greasy hand prints on the stove, dirty prints on the tile. Coupled this with no operating vacuum for the carpet or mop for the tile probably doesnât help the need for multiple ant traps in the kitchen. Simple things like a lid for the garbage can, securing the loose towel racks in both bathrooms and some paint touch up are examples of some TLC. Again the location, building, pool, access to the beach are awesome and weâll stay there again but probably not in this unit.
