Welcome to Haleakala Shores B307, one of the most spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condos in Kihei. Located directly across from Kamaole Beach III and a short stroll from Kamaole II, this updated unit offers 1,050 square feet of interior space plus a large, private covered lanai. Whether you're vacationing as a couple or a family, this is a clean, comfortable, and convenient home base for enjoying Maui.

Spacious and Well-Appointed

This fully remodeled condo includes a redesigned kitchen and bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, updated fixtures and appliances, and comfortable furnishings. The layout offers plenty of space to relax, including:

A primary bedroom with a king-sized posturepedic mattress

A second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed

A folding partition for visual and sound privacy between the guest room and living area

A leather sofa and HDTV in the living room

Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms

The apartment really needs some updates, at least upgrade kitchen supplies if you are planning to cook, although Brandon and Danielle were very responsive and helpful. And it was nice to have a small beach just across the road.

Very clean, spacious unit. Pool a welcome shelter away from the afternoon winds. Close to Wailea( conference location). A bit of traffic noise in morning and the parking is a liitle tight. Great place close to beach and restaurants.

Convenient location

Easy check in, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of space and nice that each of our kids had their own bed. A bit loud in the morning with the garbage truck but quick access out and in to the highway.

Brandon's Condo

This was a great stay! Clean, SO organized, quick response from Brandon, beautiful upgrades, confortable bed, fantastic location, fun games and puzzles, beautiful pool area with BBQ and modern, comfortable patio furniture, peek a boo ocean view. I'm incredibly sensitive to fragrences and scents so I noticed a strong smell of dryer sheets and cleaning supplies. I got used to it within a day. The atrium creates an echo chamber and the condo was right next to the trash chute so it was noisy but again, I got accustomed to that within a day or so. I'd stay here again.

Great location!

Excellent location and great host. Condo was well equipped, some minor issues that were quickly addressed. We have stayed in three different Haleakala Shores condos and this one was the best. The location is great with walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. Only items for improvement are sliding screen door to lanai sticks, closer door in master bedroom sticks, and kitchen stove is dated. Otherwise highly recommend condo.

Great stay in this unit. A few problems were taken care of right away. Haleakela Shores is a wonderful building and great location. We would definitely rent this unit again as this was our second time already.

This was a really good place overall

This was a great location as a start point to explore Maui! The place was clean, convenient, and had some added perks like beach chairs and body boards. The host communicated relatively quickly if I had any questions or concerns. The only thing to be aware of is the parking spot is a little tight to get into and in the evenings/early morning you can sometimes hear traffic noise, cars starting up, and neighbors having conversations on their balconies.

Dated Apartment condo

Condo is very dated, dining room chairs worn out, kitchen poorly equipped with very cheap kitchenware. Not enough dishes or coffee cups. We stayed 10 days and were left with 2 cheap rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, no tissue paper, 2 dishwasher tabs. Skimping on the small items. I also rented another unit in the same building that was well equipped with generous supplies. We will not be staying at B 307 ever again.

Very nice unit

We have stayed in many units in Haleakela shores and this was just fine. Would stay here again. We had an issue and it was taken care of that day. Everyone complains about the parking at Haleakela but we had a van and it’s fine. Close to elevator so convenient. Not many places have covered parking.

Very clean and nicely furnished. Even though we didn’t use the extra toys like flippers, lawn/sand chairs, paddle boards it was nice to see them there for our use. The Beds were comfortable and the dining table was big. The location was great with short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. A lot of friendly people walking everywhere even late at nights making you feel safe. The only complaint we have is the tight space for parking your car but then it’s like that in most places.

Spacious and great location

We enjoyed our visit, the unit was very clean and comfortable. Great location about a block from the beach. It was nice to have two bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked. With the ACs and fans running we heard virtually no outside noise. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great area with lots of local stores and restaurants in walking distance. Owner and local manager maintained great communication when needed.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We have two teens 13/15 They had everything we needed including boards for the beach. The place was clean, perfect location we were able to walk to restaurants, and watch the sunset on the ocean nightly. The master bed was super comfortable which was a huge plus! Very easy to book, and an amazing experience- highly recommend!
