As you enter you are greeted by the open comfortable feel of this beautifully updated condo. The kitchen has been nicely remodeled with granite counter tops and newer appliances and is perfectly equipped for the inspired home chef.

The spacious living room boasts exquisite new furnishings complete with comfy sofa sleeper. Luxuriate in the spa style bathroom. The primary bedroom allows for relaxation with king bed, plush linens and TV. Brand New ductless AC system helps cool things off during those hot Summer nights.

Savor the breathtaking Maui sunsets while dining al fresco or just marvel at the ocean views right from your private lanai! This unit is perfectly located on the ground level, in the center of the complex and just steps from one of the two pools.

Take in the serene setting of Hale Kamaole's seven acres of lushly landscaped grounds! Amenities include two pools, tennis court and two BBQ areas. Best known for being THE sunset spot, famous Kamaole III beach is right across the street!

Spend your days soaking up the sun, snorkeling with turtles and whale watching (during season). Enjoy the convenience of nearby golf, dining and shopping. This is what Maui vacations are made of!

Nicely remodeled condo

The check-in process and booking were very streamlined through Coldwell Banker and the property was nicely remodeled very clean and in a great location in Kihei! Would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of this property! It had all the amenities and we really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Our son especially loved the Hale Kamaole Conch Band at sunset. The beach access is great and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location and we could view the sunset from our patio.. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to be close to the barbecue area and pool. The walk to Kamaoli 3 very convenient.

Everything you need for a pleasant Maui stay!

Absolutely loved this property! It was clean, organized and better than we expected it to be. The property is directly across Kamoele beach 1 and 2 with many restaurants/ food trucks located nearby. Super convenient! The bed was comfortable and the lanai was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay again!

A great family place to be in Kihei

Layout great! Furniture very comfortable without being overly "beachy." Plenty of kitchen items, serving pieces, and glasses, dishes, cups, and bowls. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. All-in-all, a place to come back to.

Rest, relax, and beach vacation

My husband and I stayed for two weeks and were extremely happy with everything at this condo unit. This trip was purely about relaxing for us. We cooked in and ate out. Bed is very comfortable, it was such an easy walk to the beach across the street, AC works great, great view of sunsets from patio, management is very responsive, nice walk to restaurants and shopping as well. It was exactly what we needed!

This condo is great. Quiet and can see the ocean. Place was clean and nicely set up. Comfy bed (and couch). Communication was great with CB Vacations (I left something in the condo and they made arrangements for me to get it back). This was second time staying in this unit and would for sure stay again. The property was nice. They were remodeling the unit above us and Justin was very helpful in working it out. The only suggestions I have is that the owners use half the closet in the bedroom which leaves little space for the guests. Also it is good to have plates and utensils, but there were so many that there was no place to put the groceries we bought. That being said, I would stay here again anytime.
