So much better...

We started at the Days Inn down the street. Nice but not enough room for two people for a week. There was plenty of room, everything was great. I pointed out some minor things that they may not have been aware of but they didn't stop us from staying Convenient to everything in the area. Would definitely stay here again

Updated features were very nice. Living room furniture needs updating, one chair has obviously rips. Chairs uncomfortable and sofa too small for two people. Outdoor patio furniture needs upgrades. Bed has a mattress topper and the box spring cover is grossly stained. Pans all very scratched and need replacement. Dressers in bedroom were partially full with books so there wasn’t a lot of room for clothes, plus they don’t pull out very well. Maui Kamaole is our go to property though and always is a great stay.

Fabulous Unit!

This was a really beautiful unit. Wonderful amenities. Updated, spacious, clean and bright. Lots of beach gear and towels in the closet. We would stay here again for sure! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we were counting on the sofa sleeper for our family, and really needs to be replaced. Everything else was perfect!!!

Place needs work

We struggled with our stay at this property. The carpet is a pale colour and is stained in several places. In general it’s not in good repair. Closet doors won’t stay on etc. We had a bug issue in the kitchen that we were dealing with. The beach equipment was mostly broken. It was just disappointing.

Place was nice, clean, conveniently located.

Liked my stay here. Everything was great except for the following which could be improved upon. Would have preferred if there was washable light quilt on bed. Quilt on there was heavy and stiff (uncomfortable) and I don't believe they wash those heavier quilts after each stay. Not enough blankets available. We were fighting over the three light blankets available as I couldn't bring myself to use the quilt. It would have been nice if there had been some staples such as salt, pepper, spices and sugar available. There was nothing like that. I had to borrow salt and spices from friend who stayed in a condo in the same property that was fully stocked. Luckily we cooked on their BBQ area so were able to use their spices. Otherwise would have been expected to buy all of that. There was beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas (one broken). It would have been nice if there was snorkeling equipment available for guests. There was just some pieces of snorkel that was for child and not full sets for guest use (friends apartment had 2 full sets). The shower curtain kept falling down which was annoying. The rail was just sitting there and didn't actually fit.

Great place to stay.

Our family spent almost 2 months at this wonderful place and found it met all of our expectations. Really appreciate the location and ease of access to the beaches and wonderful sunset walks. Host was responsive and willing to help out with whatever our questions or concerns were. Recommend staying here if you enjoy being close to all the things Kihei and Wailea have to offer but enjoy a bit of distance from the busy noise of the road. It’s a Goldilocks location!
