Fabulous condo! This luxury, private unit is located on the top floor and has all the amenities this popular complex affords.

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has approximately 1475 sq. ft. of lanai and living area! The spacious primary suite features a king bed and air conditioning, the guest bedroom features a queen size bed, making it perfect for couples or families. You will love the fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, free high-speed wireless Internet as well as free phone calls to the mainland (U.S. and Canada). All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

This unit comes equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. Enjoy the pleasant views from the large wraparound lanai in a tropical garden setting!

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with dining table allow for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just a minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

The place was great. The only thing is the second bedroom doors didn't provide any noise buffer. other than that the locatoin looked great. We did not use the pool area althogh we did go there and it looked like a place we would have really enjoyed if we would have had the time to. There is no beach view from this location.

We enjoyed our time at the palms. Was our family with a young child and one grandparent. The pool and the grounds kept our little guy entertained for hours. Perfect Vacation Spot!

We had an amazing time staying at the Palms during a recent family vacation to Maui. Conveniently located, with easy access to Kehei, Wailea, and roads to the rest of the island, this spot was perfect. The lanai has a beautiful view of the ocean and almost made it hard to leave the condo (the sunset view is spectacular). Matt and Amanda were easy to work with, quick to respond to any questions, and made sure everything was ready for our stay. I can't recommend this spot more highly and I know that on a future trip to the island, we'll be looking to see if this condo is available!

We have stayed at the Palms many times. This was a very good unit. Property manager is doing an excellent job. Location is great. Short distance to the beach. Chairs, towels, etc were appreciated Few minor repairs needed. Front screen door piston. It slams and the door stop on the front door. Overall, another wonderful stay.

Beautiful place would stay again

This property was beautiful and we would stay here again. The unit was clean and well appointed. We loved having our own bbq on our private balcony. During our second week, construction started on a unit beside us and it was very noisy. The property manager dealt with it satisfactorily and fairly quickly At times, it was frustrating to get a hold of the property manager as it always went to voice mail during regular office hours and we had to wait for a call back.

Quiet unit

This unit did not have all the perks we have experienced in other VRBO properties. It is a hike up the hill to access the pool. The patio furniture as weathered and needs to be replaced. It’s in a great location and the palms amenities are great! The bonus would be having the private grill.

Lovely Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The property is well maintained and the unit was very clean and quite spacious for our family of four. The kitchen is adequately stocked to prepare small meals. The views are beautiful from the lanai and you have small glimpses of the ocean. We had to reach out to the property management and they were highly responsive. The AC units weren’t working and they were repaired promptly. As others have mentioned, the second bedroom has sliding shutter type doors which do not really act as a sound barrier to the living room. Not a problem for us, but could be for some. We highly recommend this property!

Gross furniture

Over all our trip was wonderful. But we are very disappointed in the lack of care of this VRBO, the furniture is very old and filthy, the rugs are worse, the dishes and utensils were at the very minimal. I had to go buy a spatula so we could flip eggs. There were no cleaning supplies except for some Dawn dish soap. The TVs are so out dated and small. It also needs new paint and updated. We ended up watching our shows on our phones. for the price we paid this condo was definitely not what we expected. I would be embarrassed as the owner. Not sure what they consider updated

Great Location but disappointing experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was great, however the photos were misleading. It was really only one bedroom with a den they put folding doors over to call it a second bedroom. The lighting was terrible and we couldn’t even see to get ready in the morning. The kitchen has everything but the knives were so dull it made the cooking very difficult. The front light was burned out and the faucets leaked and toilets were running when we arrived. It feels as if the place hadn’t been cared for in a very long time. We would not recommend it.

Great Stay at the Palms

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying at the Palms. It’s a great complex, very well maintained, and in a great location. One of the main reasons we booked this unit is the size, and the large Lanai. We had 6 ppl in our party and ate all our meals outside on the Lanai. Having your own BBQ was super convenient. Most complexes in Hawaii don’t allow BBQ’s on the Lanai so you have to use the communal ones. The unit was spacious, lots of light. This complex was very well designed. What we weren’t impressed with was that everything in the unit was old and original from 1991. It was obvious the owner doesn’t really care about the place. The furniture indoors was so uncomfortable and worn out. The place really needs a major facelift. On the plus side it was clean and the property management company was great to deal with.

Not quite what we paid for

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two units, 2106 and 2104, in July 2021, and paid for both in January 2022. Two weeks before we were due to arrive,(which was Easter break) Coldwell Banker informed us that they had sold 2104 and were making arrangements for another condo at Ekahi, unit 25A. My son, daughter in law and two grandchildren stayed there instead of next door to us in 2106. This necessitated getting another automobile for them, additional groceries and the inconvenience to having to go to another complex to see each other. I met the new brother of the new owner of 2104. His brother bought the place and remodeled it, well before the two week notice that we received. Had we received timely notice, we might have found something more convenient for our two families. Coldwell Banker was negligent in their responsibilities to us, especially since we had a reservation and had paid for the properties. We are not to happy with Coldwell Banker.

Lovely unit with a lot of steps

We loved the beautiful sunsets from the patio. Ocean breezes were delightful. The condo location is fantastic & the grounds are very well taken care of. The layout is very spacious with lovely views from every window. I will definitely go back. The beach is more drivable than walkable. The beach chairs we used were great. There is only one tiny beach umbrella. We managed but our fair skin could use a larger umbrella. Thankfully there was parking each time we went. Fabulous pool to enjoy. I would warn that it is a bit of a hike up the hill from the condo to the pool which was fine for those of us wanting a bit of extra exercise. Knowing this would be helpful for others. Photos/description are misleading in that there are 16 steps down before taking the 24 steps up to the unit. This should be mentioned in the listing for ADA. We needed the exercise, but some may not. A couple of notes for management. In the kitchen there are signs to store food in airtight containers. Another sign says to use Tupperware to prevent bugs. However, none are provided. Plus a laundry basket would be helpful. Directions on how to use the ceiling fans and ac would also be helpful. Pillows. Seriously. These are old, flat, and past usage. Get some decent pillows. A few minor repairs and updating is needed. Shower heads for example. Front screen door piston does not work. It slams shut on your heels. With these improvements we would not hesitate to return.

Beautifully upgraded it is not

The Palms of Wailea is a beautiful resort that is now 30 years old. And while this unit is top floor, no where in the listing does it mention there are 36 steps down and then up, to get into this unit! By ADA standards I find this appalling not be mentioned in the VRBO listing. I was 10-weeks recovering from knee replacement surgery and my spouse is blind. Had we known this we never would have booked this unit. The headline “Beautifully upgraded” obviously has been used since the original listing, decades ago.. The condo is very tired and needs updating (despite the lovely looking photos). While spacious and accommodating, the furniture was old, the bedspreads threadbare from washing, and in the kitchen, gross utensils, few plates and silverware, and overwashed plastic cups, in addition to no food storage. The owner would also benefit from cleaning out the smelly outdoor chair storage unit, half of which are broken, and enough old sandbox toys for an army our children. Which reminds me of the bloody-screaming toddler that lives in the unit downstairs; Not the quiet happy hour I imagined on the lanai. That said, on short notice it allowed us to stay an additional 3 days, after 10-days at a beautiful oceanfront Kaanapali resort. I have visited Maui for 40 years and lived there for 5 plus before returning to the mainland. I know property maintenance and weekly turnover is hard on any property. But a few updates would have made our stay more pleasant. My recommendation is that the representing party clarify the listing as to not disappoint future tenants, as I will certainly never rent this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay, the unit was clean, had A/C is every room and a fan. The place was spacious and quiet. It was a lovely place and access to the pool was very convenient to end each day.

Cute little condo that was perfect for our group.

Loved the oversized beach towels and beach chairs. My only negative is the water heater is meant for a small group, not 6 people. There was only hot water for the one who showered first, the rest had cold showers. Other than that, we had a great time and loved the beautiful sunsets and stars from the deck.
