Enjoy Relaxing Stay in Quiet Kill Devil Hills Neighborhood

This beach house provides a nice getaway in a quiet area of Kill Devil Hills. It is a 2 minute walk to the Bay Drive sound side walking and biking trail. There is a 5 minute walk to the Hayman Boulevard sound pier where the best sunsets imaginable can be seen. The sound can be seen from the front porch of the house. It is a very short drive to one of many public beach accesses for enjoy a swim in the ocean.
The home contains new upgrades from a recent remodel including countertops, plumbing, painting and all new furnishings. There is a queen size bed, full size bed and 2 separate twin size bunk beds for children.
This home is great for a joint family vacation to enjoy the wonderful Outer Banks.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The house was extremely clean and featured some great amenities that made the stay comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. We are a family of 5 and brought our dog which was so nice! The house was spacious and the furniture was comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great week staying at this home. The location near the sound was near a bike path and a quick walk to some beautiful sunsets. The home was clean and just as described. The communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

OBX vacation

Daniel made everything super easy for our trip to the Outer Banks! The house was a great base for driving to the beach and restaurants. Daniel was even thoughtful enough to give advice about how to navigate the traffic patterns in the area. Would definitely stay here again if I come back!

Perfect OBX House for a Family Vacation

My family had a great time at this property. The location was ideal as we could walk to the sound side for fishing , and a short drive to the beach. We had plenty of options for eating and shopping. The house was clean and well stocked. Next time we come visit the Outer Banks we'll look for this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a comfortable and quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the sound. The walk to the beach was a little further, but easy enough to access if you dont mind crossing the main road on foot! We had 8 adults stay in the house and it was a great fit for our crew. Four of us stayed in the little dorm style bunk bed room and it was just like summer camp!

Great Time Again

This was our 2nd year in a row at this house for July 4th, and it was just what we needed. We love the quiet sound side, the new couch was super comfortable, my friends and I had room to cook and eat and chill in the big main room and on the large deck. Thanks for another great stay!
