'Sunny Delight' is a spacious semi-oceanfront vacation home in Kill Devil Hills. The home has a private pool, hot tub, cabana bath, and is an easy walk to the beach through the beach access. There's plenty of room for your family to spread out in the four levels of living space; there are two full kitchens and two living areas as well as a rec room with pool table den with wet bar. Two King Masters with Pyramid Bunks make great Family Suites or Kids Suites. All bedrooms are spacious, and the gathering areas are roomy and comfortable. A covered patio off the rec room leads to the gated pool deck, situated in a fenced yard with room for kids to play
or adults!

'Sunny Delight' is in the perfect location in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to fine dining, shopping and attractions including Roanoke Island, home to The Lost Colony Outdoor Drama, NC Aquarium and Kill Devil Hills, sight of the First Flight and the Wright Brothers Memorial. Also just minutes from Jockey's Ridge. Visitors can climb to the top, fly kites and hang glide from this unforgettable sand dune formed by Mother Nature.

The place was great. Lost and found process horrible.

We had a fantastic time at the house. Great house for a family weekend or friends. The property own a ton of houses so to try to get help recovering an item after you left is impossible. I left my Apple Watch on the night stand and when you call they just say fill out a lost and found report. I said no one can just go get it for me? She said they could not and house keeping needs to do it. It was a $500 watch. Yes, my fault completely but spending that much on a house I expect a little better customer service. I even offered to pay $100. Wouldn’t be surprised if someone has a nice new watch now because it’s been a week and still nothing back from the company.

Great location, run down house

The following two issues from the property put a damper on our vacation. —No hot water - the hot water stopped working not even halfway into our stay. The water heater had to be replaced and caused disruption to our schedule. —Dryer had no heat - we brought this to management’s attention and by the time we left and did not appear that any repairs were made.

great 4 story house!

we loved the pool, hot tub, fenced in yard, beach across the street. Lots of room for our 18 person family. everything we needed. close to restaurants & grocery stores. we had a terrific time together!

A pleasant place to stay

House is very clean and have plenty of kitchen cookware and utensils. Enough spaces for 3-4 families with pets. Property management is very professional, helpful and friendly. The instructions for house information and check-in check-out are very clear and helpful, which made the whole process very easy and convenient. Great location to access to the beach and grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Very spacious and clean

Overall, the property was great! We had a group of five families, and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The house was also very clean. Just remember to pack hand soap and dishwasher detergent, as these items were not provided.

Great house for large family. Great access to beach, great views.

We all enjoyed the house. Pyramid bunkbed roomd excellent for groups of young girls/boys or families with tiny tots and cribs. My 18+ loved the solice of the top room area. Other family with dietary differences enjoyed the extra kitchen down stairs. All enjoyed coming back from beach to enjoy the hot tub and pool.

This is just what we needed! Big house with pool and hot tub right off the beach. Plenty of parking. The only issue was the WiFi password wasn’t listed so make sure you get that before you arrive.
