The top level features an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and beautiful ocean views. Gather in the comfortable living area, enjoy meals around the dining table that seats 10, or prepare your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with all-new stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, and breakfast bar seating for four. Step onto the east-facing covered deck to enjoy the ocean breeze or unwind on the west deck in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The top-floor king master suite offers deck access and a private bath with a double vanity.

The mid level is designed for comfort and privacy with three additional master suites, each featuring deck access, a private bath with a double vanity, and a TV. A bunk room with double-over-double bunks is perfect for kids or extra guests. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink, plus covered decks on both sides of the home, including a relaxing porch swing.

The ground level offers even more space to gather with a cozy den featuring a sofa, loveseat, and two convenient Murphy beds, along with a half bath and easy access to the covered porch.

Great Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at JoJo's Sandbox The house was awesome. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay with extended family (9 people, grandparents, siblings and grandkids. Loved the ocean views from the porches and close proximity to beach access.

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for our family and honestly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t have been better, the beach access is directly across the street, which made getting to and from the beach incredibly easy, especially with small children.The house itself was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable. The bedrooms were great, the mattresses were comfortable, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was such a nice bonus. There was plenty of parking, and the elevator made loading and unloading everything an absolute breeze.The kitchen was also very well stocked with pots, pans, and everything we needed to cook meals at the house. We especially loved the upper deck and being able to sit outside and watch the sunrise in the mornings.The location was also really convenient for anything we needed during our stay, with Target and other stores just a short drive away.We genuinely have zero complaints. We were so comfortable here that none of us wanted to leave! I almost don’t want to leave such a glowing review because I selfishly want to keep this place a secret so it’s available the next time we want to come back. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking at another beach house in Kitty Hawk, stop. This is the one you really want. Spotlessly clean, all new, well appointed, wonderful amenities. The kitchen was perfect. The elevator was a godsend in getting luggage up and down the stairs. You can easily see and hear the ocean from the front porches. Lots of parking. Outside shower. Hot tub. The bedroom on the 3rd floor (where the living room and kitchen are located) is configured for people with disabilities. Super convenient, easy walk to the beach. This is the place you want.
