Koko’s Cabana is a cozy 3 bedroom designer Cottage Oceanside in popular Kill Devil Hills and is only about 350 steps to the 1st Street beach access. 1 and 1/2 bath indoors and an outdoor shower and toilet. Wonderful screened in back deck is perfect for hanging out, listening to the waves and has become a guest favorite. Dog Friendly! Features a large fenced-in lighted backyard with fire pit, Beach Cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, beach toys all included. All you need is your swimsuit and flip flops.

We enjoyed our stay at Koko's Cabana. It was very clean when we arrived, and easy to access. Very clean. The location was perfect .3 mile walk to the beach that was it. Neighborhood was great to walk dogs as well. Back yard was fabulous for the dogs. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the morning drinking coffee and at night drinking a glass of wine and listening to the waves on the beach. Sunrise view was spectacular see photo below.

Great Pet-friendly getaway

Enjoyed my stay! The house was very clean and the location was great - very close to the beach and close to grocery stores and other shops. I brought my pup and found the house to be very pet-friendly since it has a securely fenced backyard as well as a gate on the front deck.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It was exactly as described. It’s in a great location with it being a short walk to the beach & close to restaurants & shopping. The place was incredibly clean & the king bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a rental. When I had a question for the host he was very prompt in responding. But the best part for us was that it was pet friendly & it had a nice sized fenced in back yard. We were very pleased with our stay & look forward to staying there again!
