Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single. Laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink and the screened porch.

Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV/DVD, sound bar, gas fireplace and screened porch access. Dining area seating 8 with deck access, half bathroom and kitchen with counter seating for 3 and wine captain. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs.
