â This is a DUPLEX style layout. This unit is located on the LOWER level. It is 100% private and not shared with anyone. There is a completely separate unit on the upper level. This suite can also be booked with the upper level for a larger group stay.

After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
Guest Verification with Truvi

Trust & Safety Fee
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hoursâ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Security Cameras
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.

Lovely space. Extremely comfortable. We didnât use the yard much, but enjoyed the hot tub. Great kitchen. I would recommend this property without reservation. One morning, I waked on the ocean beach, and the next along the bay. Both awesome. Best meal we had was literally two blocks away too.
We were in the area for a quick stay to be around for my son's wedding proposal. Everything about the unit was perfect....quick walk to the beach (There were wagons and chairs there we could use)....as well as the street on the sound side has a shared usage path for biking and walking
Lots of convenient places to eat and being a few blocks away from the main drag it was very quiet. Definitely recommend!
