The bathroom was not ADA compliant, but I did not ask. Just surprising. The glass door to the balcony would not latch. and mold in the bathtub grout. No housekeeping was done in my room while I was there, 3 nights. But with all that, I will consider returning, just with an ADA bathroom!

Amazing views but upgrades needed

Location 10/10 - 3rd floor King suite amazing beach views, hotel is very run down, carpets were wet and smelled of bleach when we arrived. In need of an update. Mattress REALLY uncomfortable, sofa even less so. Pillows all poor. Location and views make it worth it but goodness.

This was our second time staying here and would definitely stay again. We love the ocean front rooms and condos. Saw a lot of dolphins from our balcony on the 2nd floor. Also saw a shark! Very nice staff. Anytime we needed more towels or anything they brought them right away.

Gem on the Beach!

My husband and I started at the Sea Ranch Resort for Spring Break. It was the perfect place for us! With a restaurant and bar right on the premises, you don't have to really go anywhere! The food is delicious too! It's walking distance to a few other restaurants and closer to the grocery store! The walk to the beach is a quick one which is an extra bonus!

Sea Ranch Resort was great value for the cost. We basically had our own apartment and could come and go as we please. The staff was super kind and available. There is a great restaurant on the premises if you’re too tired to go out after a long day at the beach.Try to get an ocean view if you can. It’s worth it! The washers and dryers in the units work great! The property is mildly run down, but again, we had everything we needed, and if there are issues, the staff is extremely friendly and responsive. I do wish they had smart TV capability instead of DIRECTV, but it was a minor annoyance. Because of this little resort, we were able to have a fantastic vacation we could afford. Many thanks to the staff.
Like hiking? Go to nearby Nags Head Woods. Absolutely amazing spot.

Beachfront room was excellent. Restaurant server Trish at Bistro was awesome. We were told the pool would be closed some of our stay but we saw people in it everyday, so not sure what was up with that. Younger guy at front desk (Anthony) was friendly; other people were not necessarily rude, but not as open/nice.

The staff was very friendly, and the food and drinks at the onsite restaurant were very good. Being right on the beach were the best features. There is no maid service though, and you will need to go to the front desk for any supplies.
