Steps away from the ocean! Condo in Kill Devil Hills.

Inn Earnest, in the Sundune Village Condominiums, is an easy access first floor one bedroom, one bathroom condo featuring a King size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to make a few meals while on vacation and the dining table is perfect for family dinners or to play some board games. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the sunrise or sunset on two small private decks, furnished with chairs/ tables. After a beautiful day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and spend the late afternoon in the pool. The Sundune Pool has plenty of lounge chairs, a gazebo to get out of the sun for a bit and a grassy area with picnic tables and BBQ grills.

You can easily walk to a dozen restaurants and bars and the public beach access is a 5 minute walk. Beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels are all supplied. Inn Earnest is conveniently located near pharmacies, shops, grocery stores and plenty of Outer Banks attractions. The unit has keyless entry and inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan living space with a full dining table to seat 6, bar stools to seat 4, a large 50 inch TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The TV console has games, puzzles and books for your stay. In the closet, you will find 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and an umbrella. The bathroom has a tub/shower, towels and plenty of counter space. The bedroom has a King size bed (all linens provided), a large closet, plenty of drawer space, access to the middle deck and a TV for some late night viewing. There is a laundry closet with a stackable unit if you need to launder clothes or towels during your stay. The unit has laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, cleaners, a vacuum cleaner and hand soap. Our family has been vacationing and living in the Outer Banks for more than 3 decades, so please do not hesitate to reach out with questions on what to do or where to go as we have many local connections.

The condo was super clean and well maintained. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Great Stay

Very clean and excellent location, just 100 yards from the beach and many amenities nearby. Very quiet facility. Pool was great, clean and perfect for my 6 yo daughter. Check-in was just a bit clunky, partly do to my ignorance, but great comm with agent provided all of the details required. Will absolutely stay here again!

Clean and great location

We loved our stay. The condo was well decorated and super clean! The location of the condo is a very short walking distance to the beach, even with kids and all the beach gear! The pool was clean and perfect for an afternoon beach break. Check in and priority information was easy! The condo was fully stocked in the kitchen, linens were provided and our family of 4 had a great week!

Perfect location and beautiful accommodations. Short walk to the beach with public parking available if you would rather drive instead of carrying your beach stuff. Very nice outdoor pool. Restaurants within walking distance. We would go back.

Kill Devil Hills condo

The condo was perfect for three of us, myself and one adult and one teen child. Property was close to everything and we were able to walk to the beach quite easily. Kerri was quick to answer the one email I sent and the property was very clean.
