.You will fall in love with this newly renovated cottage tile bathrooms brand new kitchen beds and mattresses house located on beach road! The cottage is a open layout with tile floors and carpet through the house! All 4 smart TVs with Netflix access . 65 inch in Livingroom and a Bose sound system And FREE WIFI for your computer needs. The loft and the two master bedrooms have TVs available in them. 2 min walk is one of the areas better restaurants goombay's with a close walk to shopping and movie complex. The beach is conveniently located only 150 ft.in front of the cottage!
This house rents Saturday or Sunday at 3pm, checkout Saturday or Sunday at 11am during the season. Weekend or sort week Rentals allowed when available.

The hot tub and pool were great, location is also good. A little walk down the road and across to the public beach access. House is missing some basic kitchen items such as measuring cups and spoons. Walls, vents, corners and areas beside dressers and such were caked in dust. There’s a hazardous step up in the driveway that 3 different people tripped over and one person injured themselves. It should be painted yellow for safety. Queen bedroom- floor is dipping down so you will feel like you’re sliding down the bed.

Nice central location. A very nice unit with renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Unit could use a thorough cleaning. Unit was not as close to the beach as we were led to believe.. My wife and I are disabled and could never use the beach because it was too far to walk.

Our family enjoyed the stay would highly recommend going back the pool and hot tub was very nice and close to each other the pool heater went bad and owner had it replaced just a couple days later got to check in early and the house was a great beach theme!

The property is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach! It is a very convenient location that is near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Also has a private pool and hot tub with the kids and I really enjoyed as well. I spoke to George a couple times and he was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Great host. Thank you!

This house was the perfect spot! So close to the beach, restaurant next door (that isn't loud). The amenities for under 2 (high chair, tub, pack n play) was a big plus to not have to pack that. The pool and hot tub was a nice addition for some time away from the beach. You could even sign a shell and leave it which was a nice memory touch. Host was very kind and even let us check in early. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location was amazing! Loved all the amenities of the property. The house needed a good deep cleaning, but when I contacted the host he reimbursed the cleaning fee. Pool was clean, hot tub was amazing. Very close to the beach access! House needs updated as well, but nice location for sure!

Great beach trip

This house is everything it says it is! Close to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping! There was nothing better than coming back to the house and being able to enjoy the private pool and hot tub. And my teenagers enjoyed it too! This was our second stay here and we'll be back!

LOCATION! LOCATION!

We come down for the Rod & Custom show each year, this is our 2nd time booking this home, the location is perfect if you like the busy part of Beach Rd. Right next door is Goombuy's Bar & Grill, may get a little loud on a party night, we love the house, Queen bed is nice & cozy, pool is great, jacuzzi as well! George is very pleasant to deal with, all of the amenities are great!

Fun Times!!!

Property is as advertised & George is great at communicating. We loved the hot tub since we were visiting over Thanksgiving and it was quite cold out. We did wish that we could have used the fireplace but there were signs saying not to use. Also, beach access is right across the street so that was very helpful. Would stay again!

We spent a week and really enjoyed the house and area. The house was clean and in great area with activities and grocery store very close by. The little ones really enjoyed the loft with their own tv and a place to have a bit of quiet time between activities. The pool was nice and the beach was a short enough walk that we could bounce back and forth as the kids wanted George was helpful and got the pool heater turned on with short notice. Would stay again!
