With the ocean at your doorstep, there are endless opportunities to fly a kite, surf or splash in the waves. The open floor plan of the great room is a wonderful place to gather and enjoy a group meal or watch your favorite movies. For the game enthusiast the rec room offers multiple games and a second spot for movies and snacks with a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. No need to carry your luggage and groceries up the steps the elevator gives access to all levels after entering the first level.
