Welcome to your cozy home base in Killington, VT! This comfortable lower level of a duplex is ideal for up to 5 guests, perfect for a ski trip or a peaceful getaway. The home features two bedrooms, each furnished with a soft queen bed for a good night's sleep. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living area for an extra guest. The bathroom is clean and equipped with all the essentials.

The home includes a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals, a living room with a smart TV and fast WiFi, and a cozy fireplace that adds a warm touch for chilly evenings. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the home. Additionally, a Tesla EV charger is available for guests who drive electric vehicles.

As a special offer, guests can enjoy discounted ski and snowboard rentals, which is just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy skiing and snowboarding. The home is also close to local spots for dining, shopping, and outdoor activities.

• This is a duplex home and you are booking the lower unit. There may be other guests in the upper unit. The two units do not share any common space and have separate entrances. The upper unit has exclusive access to the upper deck and hot tub. You may rent both units for more space (6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 floors).
• For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor camera and doorbell cameras on the house pointed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee per dog for up to two dogs.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $750 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• We have a Tesla Level 2 charger that is shared between the units. There is a CCS connector so Tesla drivers will need an adapter.
