I had booked 2 rooms, one under my name and second under someone else in our party. Forgot that I had done this. The Travelocity receipt did not have 2 names to remind me of this. Desk clerk was confused as was I, until we looked up by confirmation # rather than my name. Putting the name with the confirmation # would have prevented this.

We stayed there for Moms funeral. The staff was informative and friendly, the breakfasts reasonable and the location to where we needed to be with family convenient. We’re grateful for the bed and the space but there’s no place like home!

The room was clean. Service was great. Bed was soft and comfortable. My only issue was I got NO sleep. There were people yelling and slamming doors between 1am and 4am. By the time they stopped I was so mad that I couldnt sleep. I would stay again. Just hope that never happens again.

Very average over Saturday night stay but room was too close to front desk/staging area for cleaning service which started at 6:00 am Sunday morning. If you book here get a room as far away from front desk as possible. Second floor!

Going downhill

We have stayed in this hotel several times but has gone downhill. It was always nice , smooth , no problems at all. This tome the bathroom was dirty , the lights stopped working , and a group of loud kids were in joinng room.
