Located just steps from downtown Kilmarnock, guests can enjoy easy walkable access to shops, restaurants, and cafĂ©s while still being only minutes from quaint waterfront towns and wineries.

The Space
Inside, the home features bright, thoughtfully designed living areas with comfortable furnishings and quality bedding to ensure a restful stay. The main level includes open living, dining, and kitchen spaces designed for gathering and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home, and the outdoor space with a Weber grill provides a great place to unwind after a day exploring the Northern Neck.

What a lovely place! Check in was simple, correspondence was great and the place was so homey and inviting! Location was fantastic, so close and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The place was clean and cozy. Well done! I would stay here again!

The house was perfect. We had to come in town for grandmothers funeral and need a place for my family of six. The house was very clean, so much so that my wife did not do her normal wipe down. There were great restaurants in walking distance away. There was only one tv in the house and no closet space in the master bedroom. But with that being said if I was in town again with the family, I would book again.

4 Days in Kilmarnock

Wonderful historic home, beautifully updated. Perfect for six people. All the modern amenities and everything works!.Very centrally located, easy access to stores, shops and restaurants. I recommend 74 Church St. to anyone who has occasion to visit the Northern Neck. You'll be happy with your choice.

Relaxing Weekend

This house is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed the large backyard which was fully fenced and allowed us to let our dog run around. The deck and porch have great seating options and the interior of the house is equally as comfortable and well designed.
