Welcome to your perfect vacation getaway in a cozy little lake town! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on Table Rock Lake offers stunning views of the lake and provides an exceptional vacation experience.

The condo is beautifully decorated and fully furnished, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. With 2 primary suites, each with its own bathroom, you'll have plenty of privacy and space for your group.

The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for those quiet nights in. Our fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze.

Step outside and you'll find an outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the picturesque views of Table Rock Lake. From your back patio, you can also watch the kids as they swim and play in the pool.

With plenty of nearby attractions, such as a full service marina, Dogwood Canyon, Silver Dollar City, lots of amazing golf courses, and the Branson Landing shopping district, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

STAIRS REQUIRED-To access the condo, you must go up about 5 steps then down 2 flights of stairs, there is not an elevator. We think the steps are worth it, once you reach the ground floor and have direct access to the pool right out your back door!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION and House Rules:
-STAIRS REQUIRED! To access the condo, you must go up about 5 steps then down 2 flights of stairs, there is not an elevator.
-Renters must be over 25 years of age.
-Rental agreement and copy of drivers license required after booking.
-NO SMOKING
-No cable in the primary bedroom-it is a smart TV so you can log into your apps

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

Lovely Lake Property

We were so happy with our stay. Communication with the property owner was the best I’ve ever experienced with a rental. The condo was exactly as described with a perfect lake view. Highlights were the outside seating area, very comfortable beds and closeness of the pool! Will definitely rent with Brenda again!

Trip with grandkids

Grandma and grandpa decided on a last-minute trip to Branson with grandkids ages 9 and 15 Before school started. This property did not disappoint. It was perfect for this trip. We spent a day at Silverdollar city and two days out on the water and one day, just chilling and using the pool.

Nice Stay

The overall property was a little more run down than originally expected but the actual condo was very nice, very clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Don't let the outside scare you away, the condo is very nice. Everyone was kind and respectful. We will go back.

Beautiful condo

This would be my go to condo if it wasnt for the 35 stairs to get to.she has everything perfect,right down to qtips in the restroom,full size shamppo,conditioner and body wash.tge night light in bathroom was a nice little perk as well for those that have frequent trips night time trips.tge patio was nice to sit and watch the sunrises each morning.we figured out after we got home we had left some hoodies behind,i contacted her and she mailed them to us.i wish it was ground level so i could stay here again.

Beautifully decorated, fully stocked, impeccably clean,pool and lakeside condo, perfect location.

We had a great stay. All info needed was provided before stay. Owner promptly responded to all inquiries. Steps from pool. Wonderful community. Comfortable living room furniture. Very comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. A/c worked great. Across the street from groceries. Pool view of lake. Everything about this was easy and perfect. We would definitely recommend. Exactly as pictured. Not far to Branson, silver dollar city or Dogwood Canyon. I wish it had a boat slip but the Kimberling marina is very close.

Relaxing week

I chose a lower unit because of how close the pool was, we have two boys 16 and 13. I could set on the patio and watch them in the pool and enjoy the shade. The patio was wonderful furniture was comfortable, I set outside and read while the boys swam. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed including a box fan (which I can’t sleep without)! Bed in the master was very comfortable and my husband wanted to take the pillows home with us. Both boys said their beds were comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again. Brenda was wonderful if I had a question she was quick to answer and check in with us to see if there was anything we needed. We had such a relaxing time we didn’t want to leave!

This property is located in the lowest tier. The floor leading to the apartment was FILTHY! The living room had no privacy shade, it has a pull-down see through shade, in the evening, with the lights on you can see into the apartment. This unit allows pets, however, it is a hike to find an area for your pet to relieve itself, in the dark it becomes a bigger problem. The beds we’re comfortable. The patio furniture was nice and the amenities were well thought out! Overall the apartment was average. The online version needs to specify the difficulty/awkward way into the complex and the pet outdoor accommodations are not convenient.
