The convenience of a ski in ski out hotel is priceless! And the Shipyard was great good food and great staff!
Clean room, friendly staff through out. And ride in, ride out!

Friendly staff and nice towels. But that's about it. The hotel has strong air freshener smell and you can hear sounds from everywhere: the footsteps upstairs, the music from the restaurant and the talk next door.
Very clean, friendly staff, ski in/out was great. Reasonably priced.

Clean but archaic room. People working there were super nice. Very convenient for skiing. Put your stuff in a locker, wake up, get skis on, walk about 10 yards to a lift up to the base lodge.
Great view of the mountain! We came for some post Thanksgiving shred. Being early season there is no ski-in/out and the restaurant/bar was closed, but that's ok, we knew that coming in. Number pad door lock is rad, so no misplaced keys. The walls/ceiling are super thin so we heard what must have been the couple upstairs' Riverdance rehearsals whilst donning their ski boots... Wish there was some sort of refrigeration device in the room. Overall it was a good stay.

Room was clean and what I expected for the most part from and older ski hotel. No fridge in the room and I could not for the life of me change the temperature of the room with out opening a window. Perfectly fine for a $100 room
We were appalled. This was advertised as a hotel - its not. Its a condo complex. There was no staff, no restaurant, no elevator. Its old and small. The bed was horrible. The only decent thing about this stay was the shower.
Room is directly under restaurant and bar, can hear all the noise and music. There was no information when booking room it was located under restaurant and bar subject to their noise during operating hours. Hoping for quiet night and early to bed for a restful nights sleep, not going to happen. I feel I have been completely mislead. Horrible choice to stay here. Want a refund!
I haven't realized that the hotel was not fully open. It was little unnerving to not have any staff at the facility. But instructions were clear and all was good. There were not too many guests there so it was very quiet. I would probably stay again.

We were well aware of the check in procedure, but signage for parking was difficult to see. Ice machine was out of order. Flooring in lobby, stairs and hallways needs updating.
We also knew there was limited dining in the area, but it was more limited than we imagined.
