Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac with filtered lake views, this stunning and spacious 3,000+, 4/5 bedroom home (plus guest apartment) invites you to relax viewing towering trees or unwind in front of the cozy river rock fireplace.
Sunny and south facing, the home offers many comfortable and high-end features including luxurious master suite with gas fireplace and huge master bath, open great room with high ceilings, all new appliances, large laundry room and pantry, new BBQ, 2 spacious decks to enjoy the sun and views & 2-car garage with storage lockers! PLUS complete guest apartment with kitchen/bath/laundry/private entrance.
Notes: House can be configured as a Five Bedroom 3.5 Bath and Studio Apartment OR Four Bedroom, 2.5 bath PLUS 1-Bedroom Apartment (with own bath, kitchen, laundry). Apartment will be furnished as requested within reason. MUST be rented as one Ski Lease; apartment cannot be leased separately!

Back door/deck opens up to forest service preserve with miles and miles of dog-walking, exploring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling (seasonally, hiking, mountain biking). Connects to Tahoe Rim Trail. Minutes to Lake Tahoeâs beaches, state parks, groceries, Starbucks, restaurants, shops and nightly entertainment including live music and casinos.
Great Room/Dining:
Perched high with tree filtered views of Lake Tahoe, the sunny and spacious great room features vaulted ceiling, open stairwell, several large windows, large stone fireplace, hardwood floors, area rugs, some original art, comfy large sectional and leather chairs with seating for several. Large Roku TV over fireplace. Adjoining dining area with partial views of Lake Tahoe, large wood dining table that self-expands to seat up to 12 comfortably-eight chairs and bench. Half bath off hallway. Heating will be controlled by Nest Thermostat.
Kitchen (adjoins Great Room):
Extra-large, new circular quartzite snack/kitchen bar for eating/entertaining, brand new stainless appliances including two ovens, gas stove, microwave, quiet dishwasher, large refrigerator. Newly refurbished/painted cabinets, hardwood floors, large pantry and laundry room.
Decks/Patio:
Two larges decks; one in front with iron patio table (seats 6) and two chaise loungers w/umbrella (seasonally). Back deck includes new BBQ and additional patio furnishings (seasonally), with stairs that go down to paver patio, large yard and access to forest preserve.
Four/Five Bedrooms:
Master (on main floor):
Spacious and sunny with a comfy cal king bed and new medium/firm pillow top Simmons mattress, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, area rug, large bay window with seat and extra storage, Roku-Smart TV, huge bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, private toilet room, huge walk-in closet with drawers and shelving.
Bedroom 2 (first floor): Spacious, sunny room with queen knotty alder sleigh bed set, comfy mattress, freshly painted, new carpet, large closet, large bay window with seat and extra storage.
Bedroom 3 (first floor): Bright room with low-profile queen bed w/comfy mattress, freshly painted, new carpet, large closet with drawers and shelves, with serene views of patio, backyard and preserve.
Bedroom 4 (first floor): Freshly painted, new carpet, large closet.
Currently used as an office/den/exercise room and can be re-furnished with queen bed, etc. as required.
Bedroom 5 (first floor): This large bedroom can be accessed from main house or locked off to adjoin apartment (optional). Room has slider to back patio, large closet, new carpet and paint.
Studio or One Bedroom Private Apartment: This apartment has a separate entrance and can be configured as a studio apartment or 1 bedroom, depending on needs. Apartment has new vinyl flooring, new paint throughout, living area, new full kitchen, wood block counter tops, small dining area, snack bar, bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry, and extra storage. If studio, part of the living area can either have full/queen bed or a pull-out sofa bed. If 1-bedroom, the 5th house bedroom adjoins apartment, with solid core locking door. Configuration and furnishings will depend on tenantsâ needs.
Garage: Room for 2 cars in garage and 3+ cars in driveway. Garage would be tight for large SUV, and it is recommended large SUVs be parked in driveway. Home can also be accessed though garage. Garage offers plenty of room for ski and snowboard gear.
Lease start is December 1st (Flexible) through April 30th.
Price is $7,200/month + utilities, + snow removal (about $600 for season). TV/Roku access with streaming from tenantâs account.
Security deposit is $7,500.
Pet allowed upon approval, with additional deposit of $600.
Will require identification and contact information for all renters on the lease.
Preferably payment for the duration up front, with a discount of $200 per month. About a $800 savings.
