Located in the North Lake Tahoe rental community of Kingswood Village, this modern mountain home offers great access to world-class skiing, 24-hour casinos, lakeside beaches, and much more!

The home itself is a cozy retreat filled with all the conveniences of modern day living, making it perfect for the vacationer who doesn't want to sacrifice comfort for a cabin-in-the-woods experience. Enjoy Netflix or a DVD on a cable-equipped TV while a fire in a nice stone hearth warms the living room. Or lounge on the living room's comfortable leather couches while surfing the Internet (this home is equipped with WiFi).

A well-stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances, makes meal preparation and cleanup easy. And when the meal is ready, a four-chair dining table awaits. Extra seating is provided at the kitchen counter.

Three bedrooms and a loft space provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to nine people (eight adults, maximum). Two bedrooms on the ground floor have king-size beds, a third has two twin beds, and a loft has two more twin beds, including one with a trundle.

If the weather is good, feel free to grill out on the home's gas grill, which is located on the middle floor balcony. Also feel free to do laundry while you’re here - a washer/dryer is included.

Kingswood Village offers many great amenities like tennis courts, hiking trails, a private golf course, and a community pool. You're also not far from great coffee shops, boutique stores, and bars and restaurants in Kings Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Dryer doesn’t work. Property manager didn’t help or offer any sort of compensation. I was really annoyed me because i was counting on being able to do laundry. I didn’t find out until i washed my clothes and it’s too late. I ended up having to spend over an hour trying to iron dry my clothes. Pillows were also old and yellow and smelled gross. Some mold on the walls in one of the bathrooms. Kitchen and bathroom sink/toilet looked clean. Location was good. But i wont go back

Nice place to stay in Kings Beach

House had everything we needed. Quiet area and neighborhood, and only a 3 minute drive to the beach! Not the most modern or updated, but very comfortable and spacious! Took us to the end of the second day to get a key card for the swimming pool, but that was the only thing not perfect! Would stay again!!

The property is very spacious and can accommodate larger families. It is conveniently located at a quiet area but still able to easily access establishments in the downtown area and King's Beach which was the main reason we booked it. We love that the house was cleaned and nicely arranged. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with items necessary to prep meals. The only issue we had was the downstairs tub draining really slowly which can get annoying during showers. Other than that, will definitely return here!

Property Managment and location are great!

Our property manager, Staci, is the best manager I've worked with in my 6 years renting with Vacasa/VRBO. She was patient and available 24/7. The property is very clean, quiet, family friendly and parking is good. We'll be working with VRBO and Staci again!

Plenty of space and great location

This home had plenty of space for two families to spread out. Beds were comfortable and overall it worked out well. The only thing I missed was a barbecue grill. Granted I didn’t check the listing to make sure they had one. I’ve rented many several homes over the years and this is one thing they all had.

Great location and comfortable living space

Two families, 3 adults and 6 kids on a skiing, snowboarding, snow play getaway. Condo has everything for a nice getaway. We were able to sleep, cook and play without stepping all over each other. Over all the property is well kept, though some minor improvements could greatly take this place to the next level. There are some really odd furniture pieces that could stand to go, i.e. old school slot machine in dinning area that took up space and didn’t work, a horrible table in the loft where the TV is placed and the cabinets could stand to be replaced. Housekeeping should ensure that cook ware is clean, as we discovered a large pan in the cabinet that was unwashed and used to cook bacon in. ((Gross)) Other than that, plenty of towels, blankets, and space for us to relax in after a long day. The BBQ was a plus!

Great location & great price!

Disappointed that a BBQ was listed as an amenity but it didn’t have a propane tank yet. Maybe Mother’s Day weekend is early?? Master bedroom TV only works if the light is on but the view of the trees was better. The electric blankets didn’t work on any of the beds either. Top notch beds, very comfortable in all the rooms. Fireplace was wonderful and added comfort. All in all this is a great VRBO for this price point. Easy access to everything which made it a great pick!

Perfect place to ski Northstar.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my college aged son and his two friends. There was plenty of room, it was easy to get to Northstar quickly, kitchen was well stocked, and we were minutes from Safeway. All around a great rental

The good: - plenty of space (could easily sleep 8 with two couples) - well equipped kitchen with propane stove - quiet - close to everything - comfortable living room The bad: - cleaning was so-so. Garbage not emptied in one room upon arrival, some hair near bathroom sink. - drains run slow in the downstairs bathroom and lights didn't all work - bed was a little saggy in front room downstairs, which also is pretty bright at night and could use better blinds Overall: pretty good for the price that was comparitively low to most places that could easily accomodate a half dozen people in the area. Satisfied, but not blown away.

Property was disappointing.

When we arrived (three hours after our scheduled check in time), the house was a MESS. Used towels and sheets were on the floor and the beds were not made. The light in the downstairs bathroom didn't always work so lots of getting ready in the dark as there is no window. The cleaning crew came after we arrived and we had to talk over the sound of vacuuming and the smell of pine sol. This is not my expectation when I pay a bunch of fees through "Vacasa" to enjoy this house on a family vacation. The cleaning crew gave us a ton of conditioner but not enough shampoo. Had to call the second day to ask for shampoo. For the amount of money I spent, it was a hastle to have to call to ask for this. We got an email from a Todd Schwartz saying he was our point of contact during our stay if we need anything. When I found the house a mess I called him immediately and left a message. Never heard back from him or received an apology from him. We called the main "Vacasa" number and got someone there who was helpful. We were refunded the cleaning fee but where is our refund for being very inconvenienced? Will be calling to follow up on this.This was a very inconvenient and disappointing experience for the money we paid. I don't plan to use "Vacasa" again.
