Kings Beach Accommodation - House - 2100 sq ft / 195 sq m - First and second floor
This newly built home located in central Kings Beach is just a 5-minute walk away from all beach activities one could imagine and just a short drive away to 6 ski resorts and 4 golf courses. If offers a level 2 50-amp Tesla wall car charging outlet. The home has many windows to let in lots of light, with deck off master bedroom and a friendly front porch for relaxing after a fun day out.

Living Area

Relax in a spacious living room with reclining chairs and sofa in front of a full-size gas fireplace. The room has a smart HD flat-screen TV + WIFI. Next to it is a separate family area to relax in that looks out to the rear yard. This location has a full size futon and is next to a half bath.

Kitchen & Dining

Has all new energy efficient appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and stove. For your use are many of your daily appliances you may need such as coffee maker, water kettle for teas, blenders, rice maker and electric fry pan. You will have available pots, pans, knifes, dishes, mixing bowls, cookie sheets and utensils to make just about anything you may want to cook. If offers a huge centre granite top island with stools and a large dining table. Last you are welcome to use any of the items in the cabinets such as spices, oils, coffee, teas, that may be present.

Master has a Queen Bed, with its own balcony with partial view of the lake.

Backyard

The backyard has a nice seating area under a covered patio. It has a BBQ, and full size cooler for your use but it is on wheels and cannot be taken to the beach. There is a fire pit with four chairs around it and two lounge chairs for your use.

Upon completion of your reservation prior to your arrival you will be given a code for the key box at the front door.

Our home is intended for the guest reserving the home only. Should you want to be with others while here please consider any one of the many wonderful locations such as the beach, restaurants, or parks to have your meetings. This home is professionally cleaned prior to your visit. This home as central heat and no AIR CONDITIONING. Each bedroom has large windows and a portable fan to provide cooling as needed.

My family had a great time visiting King's Beach. The house has a beautiful backyard with multiple sitting options. We loved having access to the beach wagon, chairs, cooler and towels to take to the beach which is a short walk! This is great place with everything that you will need. The binder with hiking and restaurants is a great bonus.

Luxury with beach shops restaurants all within walking distance

Wow! What a find. We really wanted to be at the quieter northern end of Lake Tahoe and we really wanted to be able to walk to the beach etc. Really enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and relaxing by the fire pit. House was so clean comfortable and luxurious with everything you might need.

Great place for anyone!

This was our first trip anywhere in a long time. With three young kids it’s hard to figure out where to take them without flying somewhere. Tahoe is about a four+ hour car ride but glad we found this great place to stay. Perfect for the kids, enough room for the five of us and more if we had more people. Place is very clean and has a lot of amenities. Just a couple blocks away from Kings beach. The owner is very responsive and was very helpful. Would recommend the place to anyone and will definitely see if the house is available if we come back to the area.

Cozy and comfortable

Our stay here was amazing. The place is clean and cozy and much more spacious than the pictures would suggest. Host Michael was very communicative and thought of everything. Well-stocked kitchen and laundry as well as tons of linens and pillows. We will be back!

Amazing gem in Kings Beach

This property is one of the best places that my family and I have stayed at an all areas going to Lake Tahoe for our annual ski trip. Not only is it very close to Northstar and diamond peak, it’s also very close to the lake itself, and Tahoe Dave’s for ski and snowboard rentals. The location of this property is hard to beat. Additionally, the amenities in the property were incredible. A fully stocked kitchen, heated bathroom floors, comfy beds, and spacious open living room and kitchen set up where ideal for family and friends gatherings. Highly recommended. .
