National Park themed, bright and sunny, south facing, one-bedroom, front unit of ranch-style duplex in easy downtown location in walking distance to the beach!

This unit features luxury vinyl throughout, timeless white appliances. Stylish Herringbone butcher-block countertops and pearlescent Subway tile backsplash brighten up the full kitchen that’s well-stocked with Fiestaware dishes, copper touches, pots and pans and an assortment of essential gadgets for your cooking pleasure!

The furnishings are a mix of vintage and new and give the space a homey and cozy vibe. Plush velvety throw pillows and bedding, smart TV for streaming, deep comfortable couch and a gas fireplace for warming up on colder nights come together for a top experience.

The private bedroom has a Queen bed. This is a platform bed with a 12" deep, medium plush, gel memory mattress.

Bed #2 is a self-inflating, Queen air bed that's provided automatically for groups of 3 or 4 and can be requested for smaller groups.
There is also a dedicated workspace in the bedroom for those who need to tuck themselves away while working remotely.

The bathroom is complete with heated flooring and a deep bathtub for soaking.
In the summer, there’s also a private patio with teak bistro set up for 2 guests to enjoy coffee or to dine al fresco in the summer.

The hosted home is located walking distance to Kings Beach State Park and sandy beach (8-minute walk or 2 minutes by car). Kings beach is a buzzing and lively neighborhood that's mostly flat and very walkable. It's also under a mile to the nearest casinos and nightlife and less than 7 miles to Northstar, the closest ski resort or downhill biking adventure.

****Summer 2025 Construction Notice – Kings Beach Neighborhood
Please note: Ongoing construction will take place in the neighborhood during Summer 2025. The local Public Utility District (PUD) is conducting a water main replacement project throughout Kings Beach. Specifically, Trout Street and Brook Street will be affected beginning July 6, 2025, with work expected to continue through mid-September 2025.

This may result in construction noise, road closures, or temporary traffic delays near the property. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this important infrastructure upgrade.
